How can I get a refund from these guys, it's only been 1 day and I haven't used any of their services, can someone help me, please?

I have NEVER heard of Busuu, nor used Busuu, but they STOLE £69.99, they took from PayPal account WITHOUT my consent. I have raised a fraudulent escal
When will I get my refund?
I was not advised that my subscription was due for renewal, and the money has been taken already. I wish to cancel and claim a refund of the money taken from my account
