It has been over 3 weeks and I don't have so much as a confirmation email and haven't received the items
Definitely legit. We love our Bytetags. Our dogs have been wearing them non stop for 11 months and they are still in great shape. Not sure what the person referring to them as cheap are referring to. Definitely not Bytetags.

Legit. I ordered 2 tags and am also a product ambassador. Small company with a great concept.
It's legit. I think they had a rough patch over the holidays with shipping. But I got mine a while back and they work for me.
Scam, b/c they make a product that was never intended to last. Cheap materials and design so it use be a scam company.
