I was told that there would be a flat shipping rate of $18.95 no matter how many canvas prints I ordered. Is this true? Reading the reviews makes me ?

Can I preview before I place the order? I am trying an 8x8 canvas, but the photo is only 752 x 772

I made an order yesterday -CanvasBees took my payment sent me a order ID# and today I get on to check status it says I have no previous orders????
Why does my account show I have no past orders when I just placed a order a few hours ago?
Kind of interesting that almost every good review is from 9/12/16 and 9/13/16. I think they're all fake and put out their by canvasbees employees. I have placed an order and have sent two emails and left two voicemails over the course of a week and have heard nothing. I'm supposed to receive my order in the next couple of days and no one has addressed my issue. Somehow I doubt I will receive it on time.
I got an email about my shipping address. I sent a return email to tell them my street address. I haven't heard weather they received it and I went on their website to contact them. NO ONE answer's the phone and the links to chat don't work. My order number is 62334. HELP!!
