If it is over 45 days they will do nothing. Even if they sent the cards with a zero balance. It happened to me with several cards. Some were used days before they even sent them to me and I did not try to use them until after the 45 days. The customer service via email was terrible. They don't care.
After doing some investigation, about one being "used" in a another city, I got the story from the restaurant corporate office. They cancelled it when they discovered it was purchased with a fraudulent credit card. Multiple accounts online of this happening with cards from cardcash. If you don't try using card until after 45 day guarantee, you're screwed!

Your site is horrible! I've been a customer for years, I spent without exaggeration thousands of dollars. Last time the physical cards were empty and because I found out about it past 45 days you would not return my money! I paid money and I get nothing. I wanted to treat my kids to a CPK meal and the cards turned out to be empty! (our closes CPK is another town.)
Your site is a SCAM!. I didn't know how many people were scammed until I saw this site. This could be a material for FBI.
Other customers, please reply to this. We might start with the class action suit on this one!
