This company does not typically respond to reviews
I was nervous about dealing with these people because of the reviews on this website. I Shipped them my $10 chili's gift card and received my $7.60 payment less than 2 weeks later. It deserves a better rating than this... Just make sure you fill out the form that it TELLS you to print, it asks you to sign and date it, that's all! The rest of the info is already on the form. Send the form in with the card and get paid. Make a bloody effort to follow directions, don't just send a card and expect them to magically know who it was from. Your name on the return address doesn't mean jack to any company excluding the post office.
This is their policy: "100% Risk Free 45 Day Money Back Guarantee on All Discounted Gift Cards." I never got 3 gift cards in the mail, and I'm still trying to get my money back. THEY ARE STALLING AND HAVE BEEN SO FOR ALMOST A MONTH ON IT. I am truly done with this scam company. It will go out of business just like Cardpool.

Cardcash started out great, instant cash for my gift cards. What isn't there to love compared to sites like Raise, etc. That was until I met Edward Delaquila (or Grant Edward Delaquila). I noticed on the bottom a "sell bulk card" option, which I went through the process of applying to. I later get an email where I am asked to schedule a meeting, realizing that I may be in over my head here I asked the reasoning (as my volume is relatively low, I was just looking for better rates if possible). He instantly responds with "you're not a good fit." in which I question why. He claims I "objected" to the phone call which therefore means I wish to stay anonymous while selling cards (is not the case, all of my information is tied to my cardcash account) and therefore I will be banned from the site forever come Monday. The escalation here is insane, all I did was ask a question. I requested to speak to a manager in which he responded "all reports will be thrown away".
It's a clear misunderstanding on his part, we had a 20 email back and forth and he still is not enough of a man to admit that. Sad that a company like CardCash is run by someone like him.
Google his name, some awful police reports come up that are confirmed to be him as well.
Scammers with a fraudulent scheme in place. Held my cards hostage for 2+ months now after offering and agreeing to purchase them for $3,250, with payment to me via direct deposit within 1-2 business days. Spent hundreds of hours on this trying to get them to uphold the agreement they drafted and entered into, but told the same loop by foreign customer support staff who repeat their script after acknowledging the agreement and that they verified the card balances. Stay far away from CardCash.
I bought a $100 Chili's gift card. I tried to use it and the balance was $0. I contact cash card and was told that I did not use the gift card within 45 days. I used it a few days later. NO EXCEPTIONS!
They just kept my money, even though I did not even get a partial benefit. Very sneaky.

Chili's gift card which was declined
Card Cash will not refund for a worthless card after 45 days. My situation involved the use of a stolen credit card used to purchase a gift card which was sold to Card Cash which I unknowingly purchased. When the cardholder notified the bank of the fraudulent use, the bank charged back the vendor (Outback) and the card was devalued to zero. Thus, when I attempted to use after 4 months,, the card was declined
I understand the 45 day guarantee but felt there should ahve been a good faith refund.
Warning-don't buy cards that aren't going to be used in 45 days or use another vendor with a better guarantee (Raise)
I recently had an encounter with CardCash.com, and unfortunately, it's one I'd advise others to approach with caution, and avoidance. Here's a summary of my encounter (and I've ensured honesty while omitting terms that could be flagged by the company, though there's no doubt about the outcome awaiting you).
When I stumbled upon CardCash.com amidst my search for a solution to unused gift cards, I was hopeful. But after attempting to sell just one gift card, valued at $100 from Hotels.com, I encountered issues that left me deeply skeptical.
The website itself is user-friendly, and the initial process of selling the gift card was smooth. However, my hesitancy led me to research further, where I discovered numerous complaints of rip-offs and scam-like behavior from recent users.
Shortly after the transaction, the system flagged my card as 'high risk,' effectively declining it. Despite reaching out to support for clarification, I was met with delays and vague responses. The lack of transparency was concerning, especially as I continued to check the card balance, only to find it had been partially used without my authorization.
Throughout this ordeal, I remained in contact with CardCash.com's support team, who offered little more than promises of expedited reviews. However, even after 14 days of waiting and multiple attempts to rectify the situation, no resolution was reached.
It's worth noting that I exhausted all possibilities, even considering scenarios where I might have been at fault. Yet, the evidence pointed to a troubling pattern of behavior on CardCash.com's part.
In sharing my experience, I urge others to exercise caution and avoid when dealing with this company. While I understand the need to choose one's words carefully to adhere to guidelines, it's essential to convey the reality of my encounter without resorting to inflammatory language that could jeopardize the review's credibility.
Be aware that every negative review is swiftly countered by a flood of new positive ones. Moreover, the company consistently ignores negative feedback, focusing solely on bolstering questionable 5-star reviews to maintain a facade of consumer support.
This company literally has people who determine the value of the gift card then some robot determines whether to accept or reject said gift card, providing no reason whatsoever as to why it was rejected. I suggest using another site.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is also useless. Don’t bother even trying to call them.

None because they rejected my perfectly valid gift card.
Past three perfectly legitimate gift cards were not accepted by their computer system. This means that their business is completely useless. I suggest trying someplace else.

Nothing, the gift card that had $150 on it was rejected by them.
I recently followed all steps in process to cash in gift cards thru cardscash only to get response that my cards cant be validated and they are mine to use / Still haven't received cards back valued at $2,200.00/ Cards are VALID so this company scammef me out of $2,200.00 / Ive contacted state attorney
I added my $350 hotels.com gift card to see if I could get anything back. And they took the money off without sending me any notification. They did NOT pay me, and they won't respond to my emails or anything! This website scams everybody.
Tip for consumers:
They are SCAMMERS

Highly suspect business. Offers they provide are later denied as "Unable to Validate." This is likely due to some practice of trying to sell your card before they pay out. If it doesn't sell then they deny the offer. Why else would they take several days to "validate" the offer when it takes only a minute.
I input my card which was 100% validated by me to make sure. THEY offered a few choices for the card (other gift cards). I chose one and then waited days for them to "validate" the card. In the meantime I received an email from the "CEO" named Eric welcoming me. Then four days later they denied the transaction stating that my card could not be validated. I checked the card again and verified the amount in exactly one minute.
Use some other business. Just not this one.

I sent in a Sephora gift card for $30. Only to receive nothing from them after about 10 emails requesting them to send me the card. I still have not received my new Walmart card. They are horrible no customer service the number goes to a service who can't help you but send an email up the channel is what they said so basically they have stolen my $24.30. Don't use them!
Tried to use them for the first time and site automatically rejected my SELL request. So I used their support and provided additional details as requested. And without asking for more they still rejected my SELL request. This is horrible customer service as they should be working with me to figure this out.

Bad customer service, would not recommend

I was trying to buy 5 gift cards, 1 gamestop and 4 papa johns cards, which in total amounted to around $150 in value. I registered my account, made the purchase, and received a confirmation e-mail. A few minutes later I received another e-mail saying my order was cancelled because my account was marked as "high risk". I tried a different payment method, and again I received the same error message. Spoke to a live agent through their website chat. She said there is nothing they can do about it.
So basically they have a bad security algorithm, but whatever the algorithm says, they will follow even though it marks legit customers are fraudulent; no way to verify id through ID.ME or anything. If your account is flagged as suspicious, game over, no way around it, try another company, because these people won't help you.
I sent in two cards. They are saying they never got them. Uh huh. Kinda skeptical of that. If they end up actually paying me for them, I'll come update my review but right now... pretty sure they just got my gc for free. Only saving grace... I wasn't going to use them anyway so it's really not hurting me any. Really should have read more about them first though. Lesson learned!
They keep cancelling my orders and labeled me as high risk fraud. Never in my life have I had this happen to me. I try to get it resolved and they're like "Eh, sorry, nothing we can do, you're a deadbeat". Okay, I never miss payments on anything, make a great income and have over 800 credit score. I'm glad I read the reviews here, I wish I read them earlier and I would have saved myself a lot of trouble dealing with these people. I'm sorry I ever gave them my credit card number.
I purchased a Black House/ White Market from CardCash for my wife and when she tried to use it, they said none of their gift cards do not start with a "6" and the gift card number was rejected. When I contacted CardCash, I got the run around, and no action. Difficult communicating with customer service and the phone call was even disconnected. While many of the cards I purchased from them have worked, when it doesn't work, you are out of luck. Any money saved by purchasing cards from CardCash was lost by the purchase of a fraudulent card. Not worth the risk or hassle in my opinion.
I hate this company. They give you false hope of your in need of money. I followed every direction. Filled out everything. I received a email saying my order was high risk (whatever that means) and when I called no one could explain to me what happened to my gift card I was trying to sell. I emailed them 8 times and I have still gotten no where. No one has contacted me. So I decided to go use the gift card only to find out my funds had been removed. I don't not recommend this company to anyone.
Tip for consumers:
(DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION THEY WILL TAKE THE FUNDS OFF YOUR GIFT CARD) Then email you to tell you your order was flagged for high risk
They say they need a credit card to buy gift cards but then you give them card numbers and they decline them even though there money on it. Then I give them access to my PayPal to pay them and they steal 2$ and don't buy my giftcards.
When selling gift cards to them, be very wary of the offer they present you. No matter how they make it sound, it apparently is in no way an actual offer to buy your card.
I intended to sell them three gift cards. As they requested in the very first step, I entered the brand of the cards and the card values. Their automated system spit out the amount they'd pay me, which was acceptable to me. In order to proceed with the sale, I entered all three gift card numbers and access codes. They implied they would pay me within 3 days, as soon as they confirmed the card balances and verified my identity. Considering I knew the cards were legitimate and my identity verification would be clean, I also proceeded to give them my bank account and routing number so they could pay me (as they stated) as soon as those confirmations were complete.
However, two days later, after collecting all sorts of personal info (including bank account number), getting me to create an account on their site and bombarding my email with marketing offers, they informed me they would not be buying the cards from me after all. Obviously, the legitimacy of the cards was not a concern, nor was my identity or background check. They clearly just decided, after further review, that they didn't want the cards (likely because the unusually high value would make it difficult for them to sell them for a profit). However, the first step in the process was asking me the brand and value of the card. If they don't want that brand of card for that dollar value, they should just set their offer-generation model to not make an offer. Pretty simple, right? But then I guess they wouldn't have been able to harvest all my data, so I guess this does make sense for them.
First time I tried to place a order I was flagged. Called customer service and got a short
And sweet can't help you. Can't believe this company will be around long as many others are having this problem too!

I sold them a $300 gift card they confirmed it and after verification they accepted it. I accepted the $ 255 offer they sent me $9.01. Says it was 0 dollars on it. Well why give Me 9 bucks if that's true I made sure money was accounted for before selling it. They are scammers and will not let me speak with any higher ups.
Too many instances of cards or paper gift certificates not being
Accepted. Very embarrassing.
Just bought $800 of Hyatt GCs a few weeks ago,
There was a zero balance on $300 worth.
The front desk agent tried several times to get them to take.
