Yes... Just to 6 months to get them. They told me originally it would take two. They also wouldn't return my phone calls... So I never really new what the heck was going on. Then when I received them... They were absolutely beautiful... Except 1 was damaged and they blamed it on me and wouldn't do anything about it. I don't even have tires on these rims yet. Idiots! It was the worst experience! My anxiety was over the roof. Spent $4000... I thought they'd take care of me

I guess they're legit. But customer service is TERRIBLE. They didn't send the remote for my color shift halos which the description clearly states is included in price and said they couldn't do anything because the manufacturer says it shipped. Took forever and ruined the element of surprise as it was a gift but I finally got the right part. The ONLY good part was that it shipped to me quick but I guess that was because they only half assed it

I think all they are an affiliate marketing site, they don't actually carry any inventory themselves, they just process orders (badly) for other sites.

I got the part (the wrong part) and when I went to exchange it they wanted me to prove to them it was the wrong part before I could send it back for my money back... If it was the right part I would've kept it and used it. I'd never recommend them

I got my parts late and damaged and theyou were rude to deal with about a replacement. Was stuck with a damaged hood that cost 380 dollars. Never again will I do business with them

I can only say I ordered only once from them and got exactly what I wanted. When a 'need' comes up again I will give this outfit a fair shot at my business.

They are extremely nice until they get your credit card info and then it goes to hell from there. I placed a order and they guys said the parts were all ordered right and when I received them totally wrong and they emailed me saying that the color was a little different but close enough. Wrong. No refund no nothing they have ur phone number in caller ID and will make you hold for a hour or more until u hang up. Don't trust these thieves.

I ordered 3 things from them, brush guard... delivered quickly, floor mats... delivered early. My rims I ordered which were on backorder (I was told this part), arrived earlier than expected. Here's the problem, they let me order some rims for my truck which do not fit. Tundras with a TRD Package have larger calibers on the front brakes. They didn't know this? They tried to tell me I ordered the wrong rims when I picked the correct drop down for my truck. I had to have a local rim shop but a rim onto my truck and send them pics of the rim touching my calibers before even considering a refund. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING!

They shipped me seat covers that looked stupid. I didn't open the back set which I ordered and they weren't the correct ones. The wouldn't fix because I waited past their 30 days... I have the seat covers in and they look f'n stupid in my convertible. I'm agitated every time I look t them

We are a warranty Geico Auto repair express shop and we use carid.com occasionally for aftermarket parts. They are very good, and have great return policies.

The website is legit but... I ordered a rim and tire package and the tires are defective. They wanted me to pay to ship them back for them to examine and determine whether or not to send me new ones. Absolutely no refunds.

U get exactly what u paid for but they make the core return somewhat difficult and their service is def fast
