You would have to give your address also if you agree to let your item be picked up in addition to or instead of shipping. But only to the buyer not publicly never publicly.
Also if your store front has led than 10 items the commission you pay is steep.

Seller received payment after item sold is marked delivered which is 3 business days after buyer can make a return and up to 6 days after that.
Check your shipping options on sellers page if chairish delegated chairish does if it says seller. Than seller does.

The buyer pays the shipping costs. However, the seller pays return shipping costs.
