You would have to give your address also if you agree to let your item be picked up in addition to or instead of shipping. But only to the buyer not publicly never publicly.
Also if your store front has led than 10 items the commission you pay is steep.

When you list it Chairish will let you know if it is meant for their site. Your address is not listed to public. Chairish will only give it to the freight company picking it up.
