855-549-9990 Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00 pm PST at 855-549-9990 and Saturday - Sunday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST. Most calls will be responded to the same day but if not, certainly within 24 hours.
Seller received payment after item sold is marked delivered which is 3 business days after buyer can make a return and up to 6 days after that.
Check your shipping options on sellers page if chairish delegated chairish does if it says seller. Than seller does.
