Get in touch with them directly and if you don't get a response, seek legal advice. Attempt to reactivate your account, visit your reports and then obtain as many screenshots as possible to confirm that you had the balance present.
This will be your proof and leverage, so be sure to get as much evidence as possible. Unfortunately, this seems to happen far more frequently with CJ than one would expect from a company of this stature.
