on 6/5/16Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture
I received a damaged dining room table. Customer service refuses to answer the phone. I Have called over 30 times and left over 5 voicemails and have yet to receive a response. I even tried to get a response through social media and they literally DELETE MY COMMENTS because they look bad!
Good Ideal. Don't deal with the Rudeness and Frustration of not receiving your order for months.
Me too. I have had several "online chat" sessions with Coleman Furniture sales reps and other than copy-pasting the fine print from their own website, there's nothing they can say to reassure a potential customer that Coleman will keep up their end of the bargain. The piece of furniture that I'm looking to buy is a good $500 cheaper at Coleman's but the repeat bad reviews about Coleman not standing up for its customers if furniture is delivered in a damaged condition or is delayed for months from the manufacturer... those aren't worth the headache for the extra savings. I'm going to save up a bit more and purchase from a seller with a better reputation for customer service.
They will not do anything to make things right file a dispute with your card company it is the only way I could get any help.
I was also concerned. Their damage policy on delivery is complicated, so I was relieved that it arrived in perfect condition.
I think the furniture is so much cheaper than at the other furniture places because it is most likely damaged goods.
