Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Everything says quick ship. Lol that means. 4 to 8 months. It's the hook they use
Terrible shipping time. It can take weeks to months with them stringing you along!
I ordered on September 3rd and my furniture was finally delivered on January 19th. Complained and they said their website indicates that shipping could be delayed due to Covid. It does say that in small print but sure doesn't indicate it will be 5 months!
16 days from order placed to receiving product. Didn't mind the time as much as getting them to accept my payment and shipping the item. They keep asking me to verify my order but would never tell me how to verify it. Not even a link in their emails!
