I've used their thread for several years now - it's pretty much the only thread I'll use. Anyway, I have sewn many items using their thread: several upholstered pillows, many curtains, a throw rug, made cushions for my old wooden rocking chair and cushions for the rod iron furniture on my porch, and used it for making historically accurate costumes. I've never had to contact the company for anything because I've never had a problem with my orders.
It is definitely a real company - I've ordered from them several times. Love their thread!
