I am one of those who hates supporting the world wide behemoth online store so randomly bought from this Canadian company. The item I bought was not available in any local retail stores which is still my preference for shopping.(Victorinox - Blue 8" Fibrox Pro Straight Blade Chef Knife). I placed the order, had the confirmation email shortly, item shipped as expected and I had it in a few days. I'd use them again.

No I cannot. I can share a story but not a "success" story. CookStore disappointed me greatly recently.

I had an excellent experience ordering from Cook Store. I wanted to buy and ship a cast iron Dutch oven to my son in Victoria, BC. I live in northern Ontario, so it would have been prohibitively expensive to ship it across the country myself; in addition, the exact item I wanted wasn't available here. My Cook Store order was handled quickly and efficiently, I got an excellent price on the items I bought, and shipping was free. Win-win-win!

I ordered a coffee grinder. It took about 2 weeks to deliver. On the other hand the price was 14% lower than anywhere else.

There are no success stories, rather buy with the manufacturer directly or Amazon.

I would not recommend this company. Unreliable and if you have any issues with your item/shipping/return you're going to be left holding the bag. I ordered through them to help 'support a local company'... but I'm thoroughly regretting that decision. Should have gone with a trusted big box store.

Not sure what you mean by success, but I have gotten genuine Demeyere and All-Clad cookware at a great price.

I had to order a batch of glassware for our non-for profit organization and the items came well packaged, protected and in perfect shape. They were on time, as promised.

I have purchased items several times in the past few months. I have had great service. I have never had a problem whatsoever.

Great site, helpful customer service, the only shortfall, if you can call it that, is that by the time I received an email saying the item had been shipped, I had already received a call from the delivery people here confirming delivery details.

Customer service was great. Item came in perfect condition. Shipping was free. Highly recommend this store for online shopping.

I bought a very heavy butcher block/kitchen cart this year. I live in a fairly rural area, and the item came in a very reasonable amount of time by a friendly delivery service that was able to drop it off where it would be protected by rain. They called before delivering, and we knew we would be home. The product came with no damage, and was at a very good price (the best I could find). I would use again for sure!
