You can't. Their Customer Support and email are not responsive and as of March 23,2023 I received a "Your message wasn't delivered to contact@cookstore.ca because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." GONE!
It was simple enough. We got to email one another and I was clear as to what was happening during this Covid times.
Very easy using email, I had a very quick response.
It's never a real person that responds, just a bot giving you cookie cutter answers. In short: they have no customer service.
They do not take phone calls. Not sure if this is a Covid-19 only policy but at the moment you can only reach them by creating a ticket via the website and waiting for a return email. Both times I emailed them my response did come within the promised 4 business hour window.
Email only using the account one creates when checking out. They answer very quick, within the hour when you post.
Getting hold of them is easy, having your problem resolved is impossible and takes more than a month with no results.
Horrible customer service, they are very difficult to get a hold of.
Their ticketing service is extremely slow, and if they ever respond, its not helpful at all.
I don't think they have any customer service, that's how unresponsive they are.
So easy by e-mail or post on their website. Chloe M responds wtihin 24 hours if not sooner.
If you are clear with your email message you will not have any issues. Customer service was efficient and effective.
Easy, just email. You might have to wait for a couple of business days to pass though.

Chat service was great during working hours. Phone service works great too unless they're very busy. In that case chat works perfect.

Very easy. Their Chat is open 9 to 5PM and even after-hours during their big sales.
