You cannot get in contact with anyone at the company and they don't ship what you pay for. I think it's a scam.

There are so many complaints online, they may be a legit company in the sense they exist, but they are a major scam. Once they take payment for the item that they don't have in stock, they'll ghost you.

Late is an understatement. The customer care staff, Anna B. And Chloe M., have done nothing but give me the run around. They charged my card over April. 23rd 2020. The failed to update their inventory list and subsequently took my money for an item they did not have. After a compromise on MY behalf I settled for a model that was of lesser caliber. Now I'm sitting here waiting for 2+weeks after their mistake and it turns out there is another delay. ZERO ACTION to inform me. I emailed ther customer care center and asked for and explanation and for them to right this horrible experience and I was simply given a sorry and asked if I wanted to cancel my order after waiting 3 weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

As reflected in so many other reviews here they are an absolute sham of a company to deal with. Items their site says are in stock aren't. Huge delays with shipping with endless canned responses of "we'll ship your order soon" from customer service. After almost a MONTH from putting in an order and being told constantly it wasn't in stock but would ship soon, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. I got no response for 4 days after multiple attempts to reach them on the 4th day they told me they couldn't cancel the order since it was "already with shipping". This company has a real smell to them. After seeing all the other negative reviews I know I'm going to be in a situation where I have to dispute these charges with my creditcard company.

It is a scam. They will take your money and not send the product. You cannot reach them via customer service. Their phone line is not in service and they ignore all emails.

Seems legit. I got what I ordered. It took about 2 weeks in my case.

CookStore is legitimate. I've placed a good size order from them and they delivered it all in exception of one item that was back ordered.
One item received was damaged during shipment (fragile), and they replaced it no questions asked and with free shipping.

They seem legit, but their website doesn't reflect what is in stock - so expect to place and pay for your order, and then find out they are waiting on a shipment to complete your order. I have read instances where this has taken up to 3 months (do some research on this company) but they do seem to deliver EVENTUALLY.

Great site, helpful customer service, the only shortfall, if you can call it that, is that by the time I received an email saying the item had been shipped, I had already received a call from the delivery people here confirming delivery details.

Legit - I ordered and got the item I had wanted in the time frame promised

Base on my own experience the web site is Very clear and simple, I received an email confirmation with detailed order information and it took 4 days for delivery, So it is rapid delivery considering I placed the order on the Saturday evening!

It is true, I did a lot of research in different websites to find what I wanted, some of them were suspicious other charged to much shipping fees for the same item, some charge extra because I'm leaving in QC,

On this website, CookStore.ca, I find what I need with a good price and I receive it in a very short time!

It is definitely legitimate. I've ordered from CookStore twice and both times I've been extremely satisfied.

Somewhere in the middle. Not sure about "scam" persay. But they certainly have trouble taking orders, shipping them and communicating with customers. I had a horrible experience with them (I'm based in Ontario). I would avoid them at all costs.
