on 8/28/19I have not had to reach customer service, but if I had to, I would say email or FB.
Their email is the quickest way I know of to get ahold of them. It usually only takes a few hours.
They get back to you quickly! I just send them a message on FB, and they always answer within 24 hours, usually much quicker than that!
I just message them through Facebook, they are usually get back to me the next day!

I haven't had to contact customer service but I follow them on their facebook page and all I would do is private message them or email them. They are very prompt on activity on their page so I am guessing customer service would be the same

Daily Goodie Box staff are extremely fast to respond to messages on Facebook. They are always courteous.
Typically, if you email them they'll get back to you in 24-48 hours.
