How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Daily Goodie Box?

I have not had to reach customer service, but if I had to, I would say email or FB.

Their email is the quickest way I know of to get ahold of them. It usually only takes a few hours.

They get back to you quickly! I just send them a message on FB, and they always answer within 24 hours, usually much quicker than that!

I just message them through Facebook, they are usually get back to me the next day!

I haven't had to contact customer service but I follow them on their facebook page and all I would do is private message them or email them. They are very prompt on activity on their page so I am guessing customer service would be the same
