They are legit. You don't have to do all the surveys to get a box. The best way to get a box is go to their FB page and they have questions daily you can answer and the first so many will get a box. Once you get your first box you will sample it and give your opinions and then you will be eligible to get more boxes.

I have not had to reach customer service, but if I had to, I would say email or FB.

I receive approx 4 boxes per year. And it can be anywhere from 2-5 weeks from the time I get selected until it's on my porch. I think it has to do with where they are in the month (I believe they send them once a month, so if I'm selected just after they've sent their last batch it may be longer.)

They emailed me and let me know on July 14th that it would be here by August 8-10th

They are back logged right now because of the postal service,but they contacted me on July 14th,and said that it would be here by August 8th-10th,so idk for sure,but usually it takes about 3-4 weeks whenever they send me boxes

Follow them on your social media accounts,then like and leave comments to grab their attention, something like... "Always a great time with #Dailygoodiebox!" Or "We love buying products like these" Etc...make your comments stand out,and hype it up and seem really excited,and when you leave comments,always say something positive about them,also,leave colorful emojis to stand out,so that way you will be noticed more than the others,and you will have way better chances at being chosen for a box,for some reasons that's what seems to work for me,but be fast when they tweet it or post it on Instagram, Facebook etc...and always check keep your eye out for when they post on all social media platforms announcing that they have a giveaway happening. These ways helped me get my boxes,I hope this helps
