Have your registered on the dealsmachine site as I've never had this problem, if you have not received an order confirmation or an email with receipt of payment I would just reorder the item you can also check your order history and status by logging in with your email and dealsmachine password. Perhaps you can also use their Live Chat or submit a Ticket to their Support Centre to check with them.
Deals machine are a big international company and does have problems at times but if you persevere you will get what you want, it took me a while to work out deals machine but I have and now they are great, perseverance and nagging them and keep asking questions until you are happy.
Check your account page to see if your order is listed.
Did you pay for the order if so go to you account and click on paid orders
Did it say the order went thru? You can check under my account orders to see if it shows up.
