RAFAEL J, you should ask your boss, deals machine, to get you better English tuition.
The response from Steve F is spot on, I bought five times from deals machine and five different items arrived faulty and were sent back and now deals machine denies receiving anything despite being provided with postal receipts, Steve F is also right about who sends in the good reviews and the one from Raphael J looks very suspicious, written in true Chinese English style
Well, sometimes you can have problems with your orders because of the delivery, the transport, or others reasons, but this can take place with all the shoping pages, the most important thing is if the page where you made your order have a good solution for you and for this troubles. Now i have one and i hope they give me a solution
My experience, they advertise items they don't have in stock, even if you pay for express delivery, all they offer is excuses for not even dispatching it. Unfortunately there are a lot of suspect reviews on here, which are clearly not from real customers of theirs. I guess sometimes items may appear after months of waiting but why take a chance to possible save a few pounds/dollars.
