They have stolen from many people and routinely ship broken and defective items (inventory write-offs). Merchandise that's been returned by other customers because it's broken. Buyer Beware. They will steal your money.
Hi Hoav, you should go to the deals machine support website at "support.dealsmachine.com" and submit all your questions on the product, warranty, delivery, etc. Sometimes they answer within 2-3 days, sometimes much longer. Their Support Centre needs improvement to their response time. Good luck!

I submitted around fifteen "help tickets " to the staff and supervisors at deals machine and nothing but confusing replies and no phone..
Mine took 3 weeks for the first one and 5 weeks for the next 2 items
