on 10/5/16Depending on the seller I had few problems with deceiving sellers telling you or sending your pics of an items that is not what you receive. Make sure that pics are real shots of the items and has all the correct labels. Make sure the material is describe correctly and in the event you have any problems you have an option of disputing the merchandize.
But you have few good sellers that goes out of their way to give you an honest and excellent service as well as goods. But beware of the rotten ones.
Be careful before you buy ANYTHING from DHgate. They support their suppliers if there is a dispute. I was instructed by a DHgate dispute analyst to send the defective item back to the supplier. The supplier ( mtled8) denies receiving the item even when DHgate was presented with proof of receipt via the tracking number from the shipper. DHgate dragged out this dispute for over 3 3/4 months. (At 4 months you can not get your credit card company to resolve the matter by reversing the charges. I was lucky). Their supplier MTLED8 ships products that are defective and does not refund the costs even thought the product has been delivered back to them.
