I'm trying to return a dress and customer service is not answering my emails.
Is First Dress reliable? I don't know if it's reliable, because one says it is reliable and the other says it is not reliable.
Why would you send a dress that looked nothing like the one you showed online??? This place ruined my wedding and they refuse to contact me or pay pal!!!!
