We ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding. The color is NOT at all what is pictured on the website, see for yourself at the bottom. They were only willing to issue us a 10% refund for this issue. The sizes also run VERY small. They were unwilling to exchange for size and had more of a "you ordered that size, it's your problem" mentality. There was also an extremely visible area of frayed material along the sash that they did not address at all during our countless back and forth messages just to issue a simple exchange.

In summary, NOT accurate product to what you see on website, tedious and impossible return policy, no concern for customer satisfaction.

Do not buy anything from this company! They make it hard for you to get a full refund. They offered me 15% of the dress I purchased ($133.99) and suggested I should keep the dress and get it professionally altered at my cost because it's not their fault the dress doesn't fit me right. They claim their measurement are different from the normal sizing charts. I had a feeling this company would give me a bad time about returning the dress because they're based in China! Didn't know that until it arrived in the mail. Go figure! Always ripping people off. I am making a point to SPREAD the WORD about this company. You apparently messed with the wrong person!

I think all the 5-star ratings are bogus and probably posted by themselves. Don't make the same mistake I did. You'll never see your $$ again..

Just received my package and they are greater than I think. Fit well, soft and comfortable, stretchy but retain shape, well priced and lovely colors. It is possibly the most comfortable and versatile piece in my wardrobe. I wear it several times a week because it can well match tank tops and under other shirts, tunics, sweaters, etc, or just on its own. So nice but only at a low price. I am sure I will shop again at dressfirst.

If you have any doubt if your dress will fit, do not order. I'm still trying to return my item and it's been 2 weeks since I've contacted them. They are extremely slow to respond and I have no idea where to send my item back to. I believe it is overseas. I strongly urge you to shop David's bridal or somewhere local!

Well, this sweater runs big, so you can choose small size. But this piece fits me very well and is flattering on the plus-size body type. It is very cozy and at good price. I absolutely love it! Highly recommend! I would like to order in more colors!

I am satisfied with my first shopping experience at Dressfirst! I get my dress today while it is expected later this week. The point to make is that it is as stylish as described and the customer service timely gave me helpful advice. I have already placed another order from you.

100% terrible experience. The dresses were cheaply made, the sash was not a true sash, the color was all wrong, and they didn't want me to return the merchandise until I got my credit card company involved, then I had to pay the shipping TO CHINA. Needless to say, it was expensive, and I still didn't have either of the bridesmaid dresses I needed. Don't do it, but if you do, keep fighting them in your e-mail exchanges, and get your credit card company involved if needed. Not only did they insult me via e-mail, try to make me believe the poorly made dresses were acceptable, and try to cheat me out of getting a refund SEVERAL times (word to the wise, don't settle for their coupons--you can only use one per order, and they make sure you can't get anything for the price of one coupon), they also constantly tried to make me think I was at fault for all of it. Do not purchase from this company, go to an actual store and talk to a live person. P.S. David's Bridal is not that place.

The dresses on line look nothing like what you receive. The one I received was not close to the correct size and it smelled horrible when I opened the package. They are awful to work with and their posted return policy is not accurate as they don't return your money. Never again.

Nice quality of this hoody I bought! Warm but breathable. And It fits me very well. If wearing without jacket, this would be suitable for late spring or early fall temperatures. The price is also reasonable, there's nothing I don't like about this hoody!

If I could give this site a zero I would. My mom bought a dress for $160. First the fuchsia color was more of a hot pink. Then the dress was made with poor quality material. Thirdly, my mom is always a 16 in dresses but she couldn't even zip up this one. There were at least 5 inches to go. This company sells over priced poor quality dresses and then will deny you a return. Don't purchase from this company, it's not worth it.

What an amazing buy! This sweater dress is really soft and has a nice color. Though the size is slightly bigger, it doesn't matter and doesn't influence the fashion look. And I can wear it to the office, my colleagues all said this sweater looks wonderful on me.

I ordered 4 dresses for my son's wedding as all stores are closed and the wedding was in a few months. I immediately received and email asking that I only order one dress in case they did not fit, as the dresses are made to order. I understood and advised which dress I wanted. I was still charged for all four dresses and still have not received a refund after over 6 weeks ($484.97). Now I received the dress ordered and although it is of good quality and very pretty it does not fit so I am trying to return it as you must do so within 15 days to get a refund. They say I am responsible to return which is reasonable but they will not provide a return address so I am stuck. I have been attempting for weeks now with no information provided. This is not reasonable and I would never purchase from them again. BEWARE

I bought 3 different colors and the quality is excellent. Striking design, good quality cotton. They are warm and comfortable and just all together I am very happy with the purchase. I wear it at home, but also as casual wear outside.

Bought it as a gift to a friend who always work from home. She loves it, not her usual colours but she looks great. On the plus side, the print is nice and the fabric is good for spring/summer. The fabric is light and crisp. I will order one too

I ordered a beautiful custom MOTB dress and was totally satisfied. The gown was everything I expected and more. The fabric was excellent and the sewing perfectly made. I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Just make sure you order early since it takes 30-45 days. That's me on the right. Gold color lace And chiffon with lining.

So happy with this turtleneck, not only the soft material but also the cute color. So I bought another one in white! And this one is in red. It looks well with a scarf, shawl, or under a jacket. Very pleased with the quality for the price.

Now, let me be clear, I never actually got a dress from DressFirst.

I ordered a dress from DressFirst and when I saw the name of the company in the PayPal email it immediately set of an internal alarm. So, I did some digging and found this site and DressFirst's horrible reputation. When I did, I instantly emailed the company asking to cancel my order. To their credit, they did cancel my order promptly, kept in contact with me via email and, this is important, only took a few days to return my money. I was really preparing myself to argue with this company and PayPal, but this was not the case.

I can't speak to the quality of the clothing, of course, but I'll give them some credit for returning my money in a prompt manner. Which is, of course, what is the bare minimum they are legally required to do.

I brought a dress from this site and it fit perfectly and the color is just as I wanted it. The dress also arrived on time and fit perfectly. What I really loved was that I could order any dress with a lace-up back instead of a zipper. That just made it more fantastic. Really great site and I recommend it to everyone. Yes the dress is from china but it is really beautiful, why not?

This is my very first order through the site, and I am totally and completely satisfied! I usually wear a large so i ordered an XL. The fit is great and so are the prices. I will definitely return again and again…

Ordered 2 blouses and I was surprised when I received my package. Their prices are super cheap for the quality. I would purchase from this site again.

This dress is amazing! Beautiful style, beautiful pattern. Great fit. Good value for the money.The material is so soft and comfortable. I love it so much!

At first when my dress arrived, I was thrilled. The colour was beautiful and it arrived to my house very quickly. However, upon closer inspection, the lining was not sewn in properly and hung past the hem, and the pleats in the skirt were not only improperly attached, but the stitching was coming undone on some of them. It was also too big and so I had to take it to be altered, and that's when I found out why the bodice was so bulky - it was originally teo dresses that had been put together to make mine, and the excess was not trimmed away - it was hacked at and there was way too much fabric left behind. The dress was also stitched in a contrasting colour of thread in some places. In the end, the cost of the dress and having it sewn together properly cost me twice as much as the original price of the dress. Furthermore, when I posted a less than glowing review on their website (and the dress in question), it was never posted. Only people who loved their dress had their reviews posted for everyone to see, which is disappointing since the manufacturer is lying to the customer.

All of these reasons combined are why I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
