Good luck, it took almost 3 months and 30 emails to finally get these people into gear. Poor customer service, no 800 customer service number, always endless emails, amazon.con they are not Poor quality cheaply made clothing is no good deal at all! Their customer service sucks! Open a dispute with paypal, although they will not help at all.
Hopefully you did not spend a lot because it was my experience that they did not offer a way to return items. The review did finally get me an email response but by that time I was too fed up to care.
