You don't cancel your order cause they never get back to you. Here's what will happen:
- When you get your item it will be a piece of $#*! and nothing what you expected
- You will complain that you can't get in touch with anyone to get information and return it
- They will see your complaint online and finally respond to you
- They will refer you to their policy that you pay for return shipping and you realize the cost of shipping isn't worth the merchandise
- You either thank your lucky stars you didn't pay much cause you were just trying it out... OR... unfortunately you bought a $#*! load of stuff from them and can't believe you wasted so much money down the crapper
- Lastly, you cant believe you didnt read the reviews before purchasing anything from the hoax of a merchant
- You learn a valuable lesson from this experience... I know I did!
Put in a ticket & if they don't respond w/in 24hrs post your own terrible review w/ your order number & that'll get their attention. It was the only thing that worked for me! Worst part about it all is I tried to ship back all the items I didn't want & since it goes overseas it was going to cost me nearly $150 & the clothes weren't even worth that much! Such a scam! Awful service. I willl NEVER buy from them again. Products are completely different than the pictures. You can't use chat line to ask questions its never manned. Wish I had searched reviews before I bought. I never would have.
If you open a ticket they will not reply if you paid with paypal speak to them my case was open and taken 8 weeks to sort out and they did not even reply to the PayPal case and I won I do hope you get your money back really bad customer service and company I learnt my lesson with them and read reviews most bad
If you paid by credit card or check call the credit card company or bank and tell them that you want to cancel payment immediately because this is not a legitimate company but a scam. Otherwise, read my post and contact agencies who might be able to help you. Good luck. -Mary Ann
The best way to get their attention is to file a claim with your credit card company or PayPal, however you paid. That's the only way to get your refund from these jerks and also these... RoseGal, RoseWe, RomWe, Jolly Chic, Rotita, DressLily, Fashion Mia, Walk Trendy, Sammy Dress, Nasty Dress, DressWe, Zaful, CupShe, JustFab, Shein, She Insider, Eric Dress and more. It's a really long list.
The packaging that my items came in didn't give you any idea bad of information for returning the item.
Never order anything from Dress Lilly. It i a rip off. Most of the clothes are two sizes small, cheap material and you have to pay for your return. However, the return is to China so it would cost at $100 - $125 to ship your items back and more depends on the weight and where you are located. There should be a place where you can get your money back but they will not even contact you or respond to your inquiry via phone, email, text or letter. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DRESS LILLY.
Hi, I cancelled my transaction with my credit card provider after 3months of waiting for my item. Have been refunded the total amount right away. I was told to keep all the proof of me trying to get in touch with them ( with no success of course) and that they would make an investigation. So basically, call your credit card provider and explain your problem to them. Hope it helps! Good luck buddy!
Bre if I were you I would contact your cardholder and dispute charges to get your money back.
You will get an automated answer and no real person ever gets back to you I'm still waiting three months for a 30 percent refund only! But I'm doubtful I will ever see a penny hard lesson learned and it's sad that a company doesn't keep its promise of a full refund... The more I look at my new dresses I ordered the more fabric holes I find. It's that bad of material!
There is no return service. As you can see on this page they drag the process out, will not authorz. A return, and it cost more than your purchase to return. If i had more time I would try to preclude them from shipping their trash to our country.
There are 2 options, if the item has not been sent yet you go into your account on Dresslily and submit a ticket asking for a refund before to send the item, it usually take 2-3 days and you get a refund in your wallet on dresslily or directly on paypal, i have had both before so not sure how they decided that.
If the item has been sent you have to wait 45 business days and then you can ask for a refund, same as before you submit a ticket in your account on dresslily, once again it takes a couple of days and usually get paid back into paypal.
I have never tried to pay using a bank card as paypal is much safer to use when shopping like this on website located in Asia.
Also when ordering like this online the best way is to order just a couple of item at a time so it is easier to track, if you order 3 items and 2 get sent and 1 is not sent with the original order i usually just cancel it because the chances of the remaining item being forgotten or lost later is high so i usually ask for a refund on the unsent item after a few days if it is not being sent to avoid loosing time and money.
I found that doing this is pretty good and all my items have always arrived within 1-3 weeks with normal postage fees, if they have not arrived after 3 weeks then they are probably lost so you need to wait 45 days to get the refund (it is a long time but be patient and you will get your money back)
I put my matter with paypal. Kept putting alot tickets they were trying to convince me to close the ticket so they can send me my items. This site should be closed down. They take advantage of people. Told them if I don't get my refund back as they take it out am going to sue them.
Agree with what everyone said. Put in a ticket tell them you want your money back. Post a review and it will get there attention faster. I've heard people say they have never gotten a refund or it took a long time. When I asked for my refund I received it in 3 days but I will never order from there again! A shame cuz I really liked the jacket I ordered
You will never be able to cancel your order with them. I ordered 2 items. Never got the 2nd. They told me to keep checking with my post office but they didn't have a tracking number! After 5 months I got a refund thru paypal not dress lily. So if I were you I would contact my credit card company immediately to cancel payment. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
Post a negative review and they will respond. Your order will look nothing like the item advertised the material is terrible and falling apart. This company should be closed down. Buyer beware!

Try to cancel thru your credit card. Good luck, this is the worst company ever, not only is customer service bad, the merchandise is garbage. They must spend all their money on advertising. My order took over 45 days to process and opening a ticket did me no good. I only received canned responses.
Talk to your credit card co. If you paid with PayPal, go to their site & go to contact customer service. Gobtobthe dress lily site, myborders, there is not a *cancel*, but do attempt to contact & let them know you are canceling your order & will be notifying your credit card/PayPal accounts about the cancelation. I set up a Facebook page, dress lily complaints. All are welcome to join, vshste your experiences & help others avoid this scam, & shut this scam down.

You should be able to shoot them an email. Also, you can always cancel payment
If it isn't paid for yet, you can go into your order and there is a cancel button.
There is no place to cancel...
Contact your credit card company and have them stop payment. Do it asap. Good luck!
I couldn't get anywhere with my issue. They acted like they care but they don't. They sent me an email with a link to customer service that is an invalid link. And I can't reply to the email. It's a lot of BS. I came to realize I wasted my money.
That's the problem... There is on line a place to " place a ticket" tell them what you need and from there someone will contact you... I finally got my money back horrible experience!
