How do you contact DressLily? Have tried and tried for days. Product received was defected and un-useable. Contacted credit card co. Disputing paying, They really need to answer my messages or no payment. Will then dispose of product and warn everyone to stay away from them.

There is a button on the order page to contact the support center. They were quick in responding, went through several emails about refunding the shipping, then when I told them it was too small they stated they wanted pictures, in a specific format, as well as measurements of the product. Their site says exchanges only, no returns. I gave up.

Yes, you submit a ticket and have to prove that the product was defective via pictures. They said that they respond in 24 hours. On the bright side, while some products are defective or won't fit, many of the clothes they sell are very nice. Since what they sell is relatively cheap, I consider the unsealable ones as part of the deal. When you buy from a US/EU store, most clothes are made in china, but have a better quality check. Of course, communication with the customer service is good because it should get them to remove the messed up items. Unfortunately, their English is not good. So, it's a bit of a hassle.

I have same answer as these other scammed customers. Email, writing a review on this sitejabber, and keep pushing. It's a lot of trouble and a hassle. The company should not be in business this way. Very deceptive. Good luck to you

The only result you will get from a request to their customer service is a rediculous list of commands they expect you to execute such as taking pictures trying on their clothes measuring their clothing it goes on and on it's ridiculous. If anyone bothered to read their return policy prior to making a purchase, they wouldn't be in business. The only way you will get any resolution is to contact the company that you paid through. If you paid through a debit card contact your bank, if you paid by credit card contact your credit card company. If you are really smart and paid through PayPal as I did you will get very very quick resolution. Don't buy from dresslily.com ever

Dianna go to Support Center and crest a ticket. You will recieve an email confirming you sent. Be certain to include order number for that defective shipment. Good luck! If you find return info please share. I have things to return as well.

I couldn't get ahold of them at all. Writing this review made them respond. They will want photos of the problems and then who knows what they will do. I'm sure if they send a new one or give a refund it will take a year just like their shipping.

You can submit a request and they normally respond within one day or less. Once you do so, you will then need to check your "My Tickets" which you will see when you log into your account and press "My Orders". The first time I sent a ticket, I did not check back because I assumed I would receive an email so just make sure you check your tickets often :)
