I am sorry. I hate to tell you it has been 6 months since I paid for an order of the jewerly. Never got it. They avoid and give excuses. Say I dont have information. They are the company that I bought from. They should be able to look me up. Sorry you paid money to send the junk back. I hate to say. You will NOT get you money back and if you do... give it about 3 years or more

I do not believe in a since, they are a scam. Some people are getting the product they ordered. Although I have personally talked to some friends who never got their products. Returning, exchanges, trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. I believe they are only interested in getting their money and nothing else. They are really are a headache. I ordered the same item from Azbro and got the item in 3 weeks and love it. Go to this site. They have a 97% rating with Ebay. I have not read any bad reviews. Spend your money where with a company who cares about customer service. Good Luck.
Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Tell them what happened. My credit card company resolved my dispute SO fast that I have to believe they are aware of the disrepute of dresslilly.

Did you make your purchase through PayPal? If not, then cross your fingers or pray. However you normally deal with things that are hopeless...
