Seriously 2 and a half months for one item... That didn't look nothing like the pic and less material then the picture... I ended up throwing the jacket away
My order arrived after a few months but the items weren't as described. Contacted them and asked for a refund but after months of emailing we didn't get anywhere. I contacted PayPal and they refund the money. No dispute there. They were great. Good luck
You will probably never receive it. Do not order with these people. Call your credit card company and file spam claim. That is what i had to do. Ordered last august and still havent received it.
Never to approximatel 3 months... but that's the least of your problems... the material will be off color and really cheap quality.
It may take up to 3 weeks or more. If items do not fit you will be wasting your time trying to get your money back. Dress Lily obviously do not care about obtaining repeat customers. Please report your experience to your friends, family, relatives, social media, etc. I am almost sure that the outcome of your experience with Dress Lily will not be a positive one. Sorry to say.
Unfortunately you made the mistake of buying from this company which operates out of China. For me it took over 60 days to get only one of the two items that I ordered. At first they only wanted to offer me an 8% discount (for what they did not deliver) applied to my next order. What audacity. I actually had to file a dispute with the credit card company before they offered an equitable settlement to me
I ordered mine in mid March and am still waiting. I don't think it will ever show up. I requested a refund and was told it would take 45 business days before they consider it lost and another 60 to process the refund. Don't hold your breath
You may never receive your order, you may receive the wrong order, or you may receive what you ordered but be completely disappointed. Either way, take your business elsewhere because it could take months. I never actually received my own order so honestly, with this company... Your guess is as good as mine!
I think mine took 2-3 weeks. I wasn't able to track it at all, despite multiple requests for assistance. With this knowledge, I didn't even bother trying to return the items once they arrived, as poor quality and ill fitting as they were. It just wasn't worth the aggravation. Thankfully, only about $20 out.
I was able to track, but it took about 3 months before the disappointing product arrived. The item vaguely resembled what was pictured online.
You may never get it. I only received one blouse after waiting 2 months and they kept saying to be patient with the second one which has never arrived and they refuse to refund my money. It's been 6 months. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
If you are lucky, it will take about 6-15 weeks, but don't expect it in one package (if you order various items), and there is a highly chance to miss items.
Unfortunately the two times I ordered, my orders took 2 months to arrive, the items ran small and the quality is poor.
I live in the US, and it took half a year to receive all of my items. It took them over a month to even allegedly ship half of my items, after a plethora of angry emails to them, and after filing a dispute with my bank. I paid for their "shipping insurance" that they offer too, and yet still never got a tracking number. After I complained about this, they tried giving me fake tracking numbers. The company is a FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I was beyond shocked when the items actually arrived months and months and months later- but not shocked when I opened them and found stains, and rips on the clothing, and that the clothing was for babies- and that all the jewelry was broken. Ordering from this company was the biggest mistake, and I will never stop urging people to stay away from them until this company shuts down for good.
I have placed two orders with Dresslily. The first was ordered in early May and it has not arrived yet so that has been about 7 weeks. I paid for 2 day shipping on the second order and it arrived in about a week. However, I had ordered a dress and received a swimming suit.
I never received my order. The company is trying to blame me & say I rejected to order. This seems to be their mode of operation. I never rejected the order, I simply did not receive it. The company got my money, though. Save yourself the aggravation & shop somewhere else. But read reviews of the company first. That's the lesson I learned here, it only cost nearly $100.00.
Your order will arrive somewhere between "Never" and "Don't hold your breath." You can get DressLily to respond but their coined response is ALWAYS "wait another gazillion days" and "please be patient." hahahaha Good Luck! PS -- I got my refund thru PayPal.
Maybe never. And you money is gone to. You might try to cancel order and if it's on credit card maybe they will help. If it's PayPal just forget it and move on. So sorry. They took me for 76.75. Sealing is how they stay in business
Mine came in 3 different packages over 4 weeks. Still have no response or ability to contact them for returns.
My last order, I ordered on the 5th and I received my items on the 23rd. I live in the US
