It took us three months and then it was the wrong size (going by their chart) and they refused to do anything about it.
I wrote on their facebook page and e-mailed them several times. I finally got the item I purchased. I thought maybe it was a one time thing so ordered something again,,,, BIG MISTAKE! Still have not received that item so this will be the last time.
You might get it or you might not. It's really a 50/50 chance. I do know that they are scammers and have openly admitted to it to a few ladies who have been writing really bad reviews on their behalf. So you might get it, you might not. I would definitely keep emailing them, write on their FB page and threaten them if you don't receive your items or refund. Good Luck and ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS! Which you already know.

They were very illusion. Got my stuff finally. If you're a small you may not fit into an xl! Don't bother.
Well I never ordered from any place like this before. Prior to ordering I read tons of reviews. Some were not happy and some were. So I took a chance. I was worried about not getting my order. It took about 3 weeks. If its been over a month, I wouldn't count on getting anything from them. Even if you do receive the items you will most likely be disappointed anyway.
I never received the stuff I ordered and when I put a negative review they offered 80% of what my total was. After weeks of back and fourth emails and them asking me to take my bad review off they finally refunded my total purchase price. I never took off my bad review in hopes others would see it
It is hard to say and it could take months this is the worst Internet shopping experience I have ever had dress Lily is a zero!

I have learned that because of shipping issues, to always order months in advance, so there is extra time in case of a storm, a strike, or other at the company. We had one dress that was stopped in costumes because the dock workers went on strike. Thus, the company could do nothing. Another dress never arrived and after 10 days, they made another dress and set it. My advise is to carefully use the website to watch your order and track your orders progress. If the item is 8 days past due file a claim with the company. If they offer no help then after the 11 day by law you can file a claim with paypal or your charge to have your money refunded. The first time that I filed a claim they worked very hard to get the dress to me. However, you never want to have to return an item. Return shipping will cost more than the dress. They did a terrible job on the embroidery on my daughters last dress. I want to return it, but the shipping was too expensive. Instead they gave me a 40% discount and I did the repairs myself. Also, because they use over night shipping, most of the time our order is shipped and delivered on the same day. That is because of the time difference. I have used this site for 3 proms and plan to use it for 2 weddings. I do trust it.
I am sorry you did purchase. I purchased 5 items end of January. In March I received three items which did not fit. The other two items never came. Dresslily contacted me again a few days ago and kept asking the same questions over and over and if I wanted a refund bla bla bla. Do not know who is in charge, over seas somewhere, more than likely China or Taiwan maybe. Products stink, takes forever to get them IF you get them and they will be wrong size or poor quality. Nothing like the picture shown when you ordered. They are con artists who take your money and then will email you like you are important (perception) but the truth is, you have been scammed. So sorry. Hope you get your money back or the product.
Ive had a pretty decent experience with shipments. If I track the package and it's shipped by DHL, it's the best. If a package is coming by general shipment, it can take a very long time. In my experience, about 2-3 months. It's the nature of shipping thousands of parcels in bulk, around the world through different countries. I've also had a good experience in that Dresslily will let me know if an item has been sold out and refunded or credited my account. I hope that helps.
