Don't do it. Order a dress from a reputable site, or go to a store. I live in America, and received half of my order from them in 3 months, and the rest took anther 2 months to arrive. And it was a completely massive headache communicating/dealing with the company and my credit union to try and figure out what was going on and trying to get my money back. And when they did arrive, all of the clothes didn't fit- they weren't even close to fitting- even though I triple checked the measurements- plus they had stains on them, and are poorly made. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. It may seem great that you're getting a nice looking dress for hardly any money- but it's NOT WORTH IT- because you will either never get it, you will get it MONTHS later, and/or it won't fit/will have stains/will be poorly made. This company is SO AWFUL that I will seriously talk people out of ordering from them until the die I die, or until this company is shut down.

Buy from somewhere else. You will regret spending the money and you most likely won't get the dress by then.

I doubt if you get it. They don't tell you that this company is in China. I never got my coat I paid for and I was never able to talk with anyone. You will be better off going to your local mall.

I promised you do not order from this company... I honestly doubt that you will receive it by august anytime that month... But for sure what you order will not be what you get... I order 1 item from dresslily... And after two months to get it... I honestly threw it in the garbage... For one instead of getting a refund, I could never call the number that's listed and someone answer the call, left so many voicemails no one every call back. Could never track my order after they gave me my tracking number. It never worked... I had to give my mailman the tracking number and two days later it arrive all balled up in a small package... Even my mailman told me to never order from them again

Definitely don't bother. They are a scam company who post their own positive reviews. Avoid at all costs. They stay in business by mass orders and the delay in customers getting refunds.

Be more concerned about if it will arrive at all or GREAT BIG IF, if does arrive the quality of the material or the sizing. Learned a big lesson. Pay attention to the reviews, seriously. If it is a good review it is more than likely a paid employee giving rave reviews. It would be nice if we could shut ALL these sites down, they are raking in the money and giving very little, if anything back.

I wouldn't do it to yourself. Waste of time and you lose your money anyway. If your item doesn't fit or it's not what you expected, you lose your money. They hassle you and you can't even call them.

Dear girl, you have a good chance of not getting your dress on time or possibly ever. Furthermore, if you do get it you may be unhappy with it. What I ordered came in a short period of time, but it was so inferior to the advertised picture, I didn't want to wear it. They gave me only a small percentage of my money back, but said I didn't have to return the item. I gave it to a second-hand shop.

Bad experience all-around. Buy from a shop with a good reputation.

Don't waste your time and energy with this company. Your chances of being dissatisfied are extremely high.

Although my dress arrived in a timely manner, the quality of it was very poor and had some flaws. The sizing is way off too. So, who knows if the dress will even fit you if you do receive it on time. I contacted DressLily many times to return the dress for a refund. The cost of shipping it back is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and get a dress somewhere else.

I orederd from this site lots of times and got my size wrong 2 times, and also i didnt expect it to get here on time and i was right cuz it took more then 2 months to get to where i live... so if u have to have it for August then think if its worth it, but as for the clothsand items- i liked what i ordered!

Girl, your best bet is to take a journey to a local mall/ outlet. It took two months for my order to reach my door and it looked like some kids fr a 6th grade Home Economic's class sewed the clothing. No labels inside of the clothes I received and material cheaply made. I wish I had someone to give me this advice before I purchased my order.

It has been almost a year, and I never received my items or the refund I was promised.

I was going to ask you what state are you ordering from but it doesn't matter. If you do receive your order the item probably won't fit and you will go through hell trying to get your money back. They contact me because of a complaint that I had and I am still waiting on a refund. Please take into the consideration the reviews that you are reading. I regret that I didn't pay attention.

You will probably get it. It was 20 days or so between order and delivery. Just don't plan on it fitting unless it is a tent type dress.

Trust me it is very bad quality. I have had good luck with another company called Light in the Box. I believe. This dress Lilly was extreme disappointment compared to pictures.

Don't order anything from this company. I purchased 3 shirts from here and i ordered x-large and they only cover 1/2 my body. I wanted to return them but i went to post office and it would cost me the same as what i paid for the items so i decided to give them to my neighbor who is skinny. They may fit her. Do not order from dresslily, zulilly because even tho the items are very nice and cheap they will not fit.

I'd be more concerned with the fit and how it really doesn't look the same as the pics. Get a back up dress. Two of my dresses fit my waist but not my chest. I even ordered a size up than normal to be safe, and I still struggle, I'm a dress size 4, I ordered a large and it's real tight.

I don't know where you live, I live in Canada... and usually it is here in about 2-3 weeks, but as I said somewhere, I would only order loose fitting garments, and then big enough that I don't care if they are too big. I have thus far found there loose fitting garment to be 'big'... the one size is really a large/extra large... and there plus size is huge... but I take my chances on that. I would never order a garment that needed to 'fit'... if you understand what I mean. However, right now there is a flaw in one of my garments and I am not doing well with customer service, so I may not be recommending them in the future. I look at it like a Lottery... if I am prepared to 'lose the money', then I order... if I don't want to lose the money then I wouldn't order... it is quite simple a gamble. I don't go to Casino, or play lotteries, but I view buying on this site the same way. Then when things go wrong... I am not upset. But if you have a specific need for your dress... this may not be the ideal place. I have ordered 4 things... and 3 I am totally satisfied with... and I have to see how this last issue gets resolved. I like to have decent Customer Service when there is an issue... so we shall see what happens.

I ordered a bathing suit from dress Lilly on March 15th. By mid June I still had not received it. All representatives would just say please wait and be patient it is from international shipping. I finally got a representative that was honest and said the package would be considered lost after June 28th. (60 days). Well finally June 30th came and I contacted a representative and got same reply be patient but I kept e mail about package lost after June 30th since I had that documentation I demanded my money back. They finally gave it to me but they really did not want to. Still have never received my item. If you buy you may not receive it or receive on time.
