I am very concerned about your company. I am unable to track my item. Your email to me states that it is being shipped via USPS yet USPS has no record of hte package. My order # isL1610081452575767. On 10/8 you emailed me saying it shipped. That was 11 days ago. Please advise when i can expect this package.
