I have been trying to return the products that i purchased and have no luck getting a comment back. The only thing they want is my driver license picture showing that I am who I claim to be. They accepted by card without it I feel I don't need to send them a picture of me. I would like to have my money refunded immediately. Any suggestions since their lovely chat does not work?

Good luck they are the worst company in the world. We never got refunded like they said. Although we were able to make contact through Facebook. Only because I hammered them do bad they had to answer. They were getting really mad at us. Wet finally said the heck with them if they need or money that bad they can have it. Although they are so bad that QVC bought them out. Just keep telling everyone on Facebook how bad they are you will hey there attention.

Do not send them your license or photo. They're a-holes.
Go to their web site and open a ticket. Keep sending them the item/purchase order and demand a refund. I got them to refund within 4 days. Don't let them get away without refunding you. If you used paypal you shouldn't have any problem. Hope this was helpful. Good luck

I've fought with them they basically try to wear you down until you give up. I turned then in to Facebook. I posted pics on Feb pages of dress Lilly Sammy dress and all of the other scam pages they own. They blocked me. They would promise me a coupon $$ towards my next purchase. I would never order from here and try to warm everyone I can about this scam. Good luck

I was never asked to show id even though my order arrived 3 months after I ordered it. I called my bank an filed a dispute. Within 7 days I had my money back. Try to work through your bank for faster results. Don't call dress lily. Always email them if you want a response. Which is not a guarantee but they NEVER answer calls. It may take Days by email. But they did respond by email. I learned a valuable lesson, Never order from a site without reviewing their delivery and return policy first in the future. Dress lily taught me, a shopholic, a very valuable lesson. P. S The quality of their clothes SUCK!

Sherri, geesh! I've never tried to return anything to them. Seems a bit suspicious that they want a drivers license! I don't know that I would trust them with it. If they've got your credit card info AND an ID I'd be concerned what they could do with it. I'm not sure what the best approach would be on that. I makes no sense. You have an account with them, you paid them, you have THEIR merchandise and your order number. There is NO reason in the world you should have to give them your license! Personally, depending on how much you spent. I might just write it off to lesson learned. I seriously think this company is shady. If it were me I wouldn't do it.

Unfortunately, I'm not having any luck either, I have basically come to the fact that I have been scammed and there's not much I can do, I am in the process of talking to PayPal about a dispute. Did you use PayPal or your actual card number?

YES, file a dispute and claim with PAYPAL -- that's what I did after never receiving my order placed on 9/3. Got a refund because PAYPAL contacts them, and somehow they do respond to PAYPAL.

Please don't ever send pics via anything. Thats how identity theft happens. Your best best is to just give the stuff to good will or someone who can fit into them. It will cost you more than you paid for items. My order came to $31, it was going to cost me almost $40 to return items. I gave them to good will. Just write it off as a lesson well learned. You will never get a refund anyway. You will get about $4 credit towards another item.

You won't be able to return products. The website is a scam and there is no information as to where to return products. I suggest you go to your bank and have the charges dismissed and tell them the website is not legit and you want to press fraud charges. That is the only way you will get anything from this company.

Hi, under no means give a picture or any identification All they Ned is your order number or Confirmation number. But that may not work this company is unreliable. The best thing you can do is to put a stop payment or notified you credit company of your situation and see if they can get your money back if that doesn't work contact the Better Business Bureau give them a full report of this company this why Better Business Bureau can give out reports to other customers so they won't make the same mistake. I'm sorry that I can help you anymore and I am sorry too that you had to deal with unreliable people or companies like them. But it doesn't hurt to keep trying just be firm and do not like I said give them any personal information so they cannot commit fraud on you. I hope I helped you with this have a great day. Season

I suppose it is because so many claim to wanting a refund and they have to protect themself as well. If you tried to contact them and you have tried eveything in ur power and nothing happens I do suggest contacting paypal i guess the more i think about it the money they would have to refund in same accout as u first purchased so I don't see why they kind refund to u.

I would try to get a credit on your card from the bank, I didn't have any luck with that since the time to do it had lapsed. By the time you received the product it may be to late. You won't get anywhere with the fake company you got the product from because it will cost you more to return it to China. You won't get anyone on the phone because they know they sell crappy clothes no one would want or could even fit. I wish you would have read the reviews before you ordered but that was my mistake too but never again. Good luck.

I have been trying for over 6 months to get a refund with no luck. I never received my item and cannot get a refund. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with & I would advise everyone to steer clear if dress lily!

Don't use there chat use the email address I have always had a reply using it and don't send a pic of your driving license, tell them you want a refund or you will report them and give them a bad review they don't like that, hope this helps

Try their fb page I got a response when I messaged them (took about two days for a response) they won't give you a cash refund they will give you credit for more wrongly sized and disappointing clothes if they do offer a cash refund you won't get it all back I think they only give 80%

I really hate to see what everyone is going through with this company. I ordered two dresses in August and I have yet to receive them. I wish I had of read all the reviews first. Sorry about you're having to deal with all this. Good luck!

I am not sure about the chat. I only used the emails and they finally answered back after a few times. I definitely oils not send a picture of your ID.

Cancel the charges that were paid to them with your credit card. You can always dispute anything you charged to a credit card. If you paid by PayPal let them know they will refund your money

Hi hun
They dont need to see your licence. Tell them you want your money back in your bank by the end of this week. If they dont threaten them with a solicitor. I did and i got my money within four days. Hope this helps.

With how many consumers that have had their money stolen and no product recieved- we have a really good shot at winning a class action lawsuit on the basis of Fraud. In the loss of our income collectively- were most likely looking at over a million dollars in damages.

It might be the only way to hold DressLily accountable for scamming so many people, as well as stopping them from continuing to steal more individuals hard earned money.

I think it's worth a shot to sue collectively. We shouldn't be conned for being consumers.

As you can tell from all the comments, this company is quite negligent when it comes to returns and or refunds. If you are honored with a reply saying "thank you for notifying us of your complaint...' that will be about all you get. Their customer communications are poor at best. It took 8 weeks and several attempts to get answers before I even received my order. The dress wound up being way too small even though I ordered 2 sizes up. After 4 weeks of trying to make an exchange or get a refund I gave up and gave the dress away. Bogus company. NEVER provide your photo ID to retailers, this is an attempt at something other than providing you with a refund!

A This organisation is a complete FRAUD, there products are incorrectly sized, of very poor quality, this only outdone by even poorer customer service, DO NOT PART WITH YOU MONEY, if you actually get all the goods ordered they and they are faulty they will even demand you pay the return postatage, its not worth it.
