I have not received my item Hi, LP1510181428321498 I am still waiting for my sweater. I ordered it on 10/18 and it was supposedly shipped out on 10/22 and it is now 11/18. Please advise. I did receive an email on 11/14 stating that I should keep waiting and they were sorry it was taking so long and allow up to 25 days to receive package. I don't know what to do now. Do I request a refund? Or keep waiting for a $15 sweater? I'm disapointed because I always see your advertisements and when I finally ordered something from you it is not a great experience to say the least. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you
