Anybody who orders from these companies will experience the same, not delivered (like my items) crap material and very small chinese sizes, even ordering two sizes bigger they are still too small. I ordered my items in August and i am still waiting, they told me the parcel was lost. I wrote and wrote to them and i eventually got a full refund but that was after telling them i would constantly write bad reports on facebook ect. The sooner these companies are taken off every page they advertise on the better as its a con. Good luck with the shirt but keep complaining to them. They will even have the cheek to ask you to write a good report for them and you will get a big gift and the big gift is 1800 points to spend on their site. They are a scamming company and once they take your cash they are not interested.

Robert it is being shipped from China. So that is a Chinese shipping company. I was able to track my order to customs then no farther I purchased using PayPal so I was able to get a refund. Good luck.

They are trading with many names on facebook, I ordered one with Dress Lilly and another with Eric Dress total over £50 for mens winter coat,,, both coats arrived after a month and were way too small to fit me. They advertise thier sizes from Medium to XXlarge, but the medium size ordered coats were like XTRA small size in UK Sizes.

I wish I had read these reviews before falling victim to this scam... Imagine the sort of money these crooks in china are making from victims around the world,, all by advertising on facebook.

I ordered 2 items, very cheap indeed. But a few days after I ordered it I checked my bank statement and the cost tripled. Both items with delivery and all was only suppose to be 30.00 when it was delivered the total cost was 150.00 and the clothes were awful...

I ordered an item March. Still waiting for it. They are theives.

I ordered over a year ago never received the items or my promised refund.

This website is a scam. I ordered from them they were quick to take the payment and never received the items ordered.

The best way to track your item is to ask Santa... he knows everything and will be able to tell you where your item is... if Santa isn't available, the Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy might help!

I finally received the top I ordered and it is a piece of junk. Cheaply made and way too small. As you all said, the price was not much, but I urge all who I know order online to stay away from this bogus company.

I was unable to track my item nor was I able to contact the company. I did, finally receive my item. Several weeks later. It was a cheap flimsy piece of junk. Expect it to be way too small since it's Asian sizing. Fortunately, like yourself, it was very inexpensive, so money wasn't a major loss. Lesson learned. Best of luck.

I can't seem to find any way to track my items on this XFL Surface Mail. The only thing that I see for that is that it is shipping by ground or by sea not by air. My tracking numbers are invalid on every place I look to try to track my items. I have my doubts that I will see my shirts. Thank goodness I only ordered two and if they were not expensive.

Yep. I paid for the tracking/"insurance"- yet, the numbers never worked. They never shipped half my order, then told me they did and gave me a fake tracking number. That part of my order never arrived. Good luck. You should have read the reviews before ordering. Luckily, it sounds like you didn't spend too much, and now you've learned your lesson. Try disputing the charges on your credit/debit card or Paypal account. That's what I ended up having to do. This company is a scam, and I am totally shocked they are still running.

I don't know what this surface mail is, but seems like just another strange business practice of Dress Lilly. There is nothing sensible or remotely logical about this company. If you try to call them to ask questions regarding your shipping question or any other question you will find a phone number that is non existant. You will never reach a human being on the phone EVER so you have to guess the outcome to all of your unanswered questions and be beyond frustrated. What legitimate company does not have a sales office that you can reach someone on the telephone to speak to with questions as so many of us regrettable clients have them? Cross your fingers that you get your package at all. If you do, you will wish you hadn't as once you open it you will find a very poor quality garment with botched stitching. It will not resemble what you ordered but will be a vague knockoff. This will frustrate you, but if you try to return it you will find zero assistance from this scamming company. Since I couldn't get a person to answer the phone when I tried to return my item I had no choice but to just mail it back in the same package it came to me in using the address that was on the package. No refund yet, and my guess... There probably won't be. I ll just have to tell my bank I got scammed and hope they reinberse me. If not then the likely outcome is Dresslily steals my money and I get nothing. Good luck to ya, but if I were you I'd stay clear of ordering from this company again as so many of us have opted to do.

I'm waiting for a refund right now. If it does not come in the time they said I will contact PayPal. That is how I paid and they will get to the bottom of it.

It took a few months to get one blouse, and when it came, it was soooo small, I can't even get it on. I wear a size 14, so I ordered XL,, but it is a medium.

Although I received the items, only one fit. That's after measuring and using the size chart pulled up for each individual item. The packaging was horrible, ruining two winter coats. I got a "ticket" number right away buy no help to resolve the issue of returning "off" sized items or items ruined by their packaging. Don't count on a timely arrival or being able to wear the item when you get it, for reasons of size or quality. BAD, BAD NEWS.

The products come from China, so once the post leaves their surface mail, they can't track it any longer. Then it's in our postal system. It usually takes about a month or so to get your product. Now the sizes do tend to run extremely small and remember you are getting what you paid for so please don't expect amazing quality. But if you are just buying things because it's fun, then it's a great site. If you run into problems with them, it's usually not worth your time and effort to get your money back, unless you've gone through paypall in which case it's guaranteed. Hope this helps.

Yes. I've never been able to get in contact with them. My experience when I've ordered it took about 3 months to receive two tops were great the third was just wrong in every area. I'll not be shopping with them anymore. However, one of the tops I found was at Ross department store for the exact cost. I would go there if you've one or Marshals. Good luck

Never received my item. They never responded, so I placed a dispute w/ my credit card and got my refund. Never again with this company. My shipping also always showed as unavailable.

Would never purchase from them they don't send your order say they will refund money to 'wallet' which is their wallet by the way and then after not being able to use their 'wallet' the send an invoice for me to pay so trying to get me to pay twice without sending any order this site disgusts me I want my money back dresslily

Good luck on that. I've been waiting since August 14th for three items I purchased, and after sending them several nasty emails they have agreed to refund me the full cost which they said would take 5 to 15 days. I am on day 7 still waiting for my money since no product came.

This company is a scam! Post bad reviews on Facebook and where ever you can. We need to write as many bad reviews as we can. Please spread the word. China is getting all of our money anyway.

Like many others, I never received the items I ordered. I was able to get a refund but then they had the gall to ask me to remove my negative review from this site. Yeah, right. If you get your item, Robert, consider yourself lucky.

I have been shopping with them for a while, only ever had one problem about not receiving but got money back quickly, it should only take about 20days to reach you.
