on 5/27/15Rosanne is correct. By far the easiest way to communicate with customer service is via opening a ticket. They sometimes take up to a week to get back to you, but it worked for me! My shipment was never delivered to me because the post office lost it, and customer service gave me store credit for the missing items and let me repurchase them and ship them out expedited at no additional cost. It did take almost two months to get my new items because they needed proof from my local post office that it was not delivered but they took care of me and I continue to order from them with no problems!
My advice dont waste your money on shipping the product back to them because you probably wont get your money back from such a scam of a company, you should consider yourself lucky that you even got your product, unlike me. Although, someone at pissedconsumer. Com said they threatened to report them to the Minitsty of Commerce and they refunded them their money after 4 long months of dispute.
Hi Mary,
I haven't had to return anything yet but I think you would go here http://support.dresslily.com and create a ticket.
Also, there is information located at the bottom of their home page under 'shopping guides' and 'help center' that you may find helpful!
