THEY'RE PROBABLY AREN'T BIGGER SIZES THAT WILL FIT. THEIR SIZE CHART IS WAYYYY OFF. DO WHAT ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE DOING, FILE COMPLAINT WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYPAL. AND PLEASE GO BACK AND READ THE THOUSANDS OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
I asked them the same thing. They said NO. They do not exchange. They said it is posted on their site, I saw nothing of the kind. But no they don't exchange or allow returns. They don't give refunds either. So we are all s. O. l, I am guessing.
