I opened a ticket to start the return process and it's been nearly 2 weeks with no response. Does anyone have tips on how I can get a response or start the return process? Thanks, Jenn

Hi Jenn, after I complained on site jabber I received an email from someone named Ruth at customer service. You don't need a return authorization, so if it is worth it to you, send it back to this address they gave me. At least it's in the US, so it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It's: Mr Jack Cheung, Wa Fa La Inc, 84 Granite Ave, 2FL Staten Island, NY, 10303. Make sure you make a note on it with the order number on it. I also enclosed a copy of my order. Also, send it with tracking, so you know when they receive it. It cost me almost $18. But I spent over $100. So it was worth it to me, besides it the principal of it now. I saw the advertisements on Facebook, then I placed an order, so I wrote a note on Facebook warning others about this company. They have to be stopped. The quality was the worst I've ever seen. Good luck and if you need anything else, just contact me.

Look the company dosent respond I have done 7 tickets I have messaged on Facebook I have sent messages on fb and nothing. The company said the items where on back order so I told them to cancel it since they said back order was 30 days. The company because people where posting negative. Comments on the fb about there experience there started blocking people and removing there comments. I have filed a fraud case and a case with consumer affairs and BBB the BBB said there are hundreds of reports against them.

You probably are not going to get a response. When I wanted to return 2 horrible looking cheap coats, they sent me a form to fill out. After I filled it out they sent me same form over and over and over and over and over again. That went on for 3 weeks! There is no phone number for them so I was pretty much screwed. I called my credit card bank and they put in a dispute. I got a full refund and will NEVER order from them again!

This company is extremely slow or they don't service the consumer at all. My advice is to keep calling or email them and post negative response about them. Most of all don't to business with them anymore. I've found the same items in department stores such as Ross, Marshalls and they were the same price so ordering from them you don't save like the would like for you. I brought the same tops at the price they were online.

I had the same problem but I could not get the return address and the phone number they provide is in China. DO NOT call that number. The phone call will be WAY too high. Paypal can't help me because I got the merchandise but they (Dresslily) won't give me the return address so I'm stuck with it. They offered me a $12 refund on a $66 purchase and I could keep the merchandise. I said no, that I wanted to return it (I checked the postage and I would have come out ahead that way) They have refused to send me the address so I'm stuck with their junky stuff. They will only reply through facebook, not on their website. Now they won't reply on that either.

I think I was saved because I paid with PayPal. The merchandise is still cheap.

It took multiple tickets, and multiple bad reviews on Site Jabber for me to get their attention. In the end I did get my money returned for undelivered merchandise. Don't be patient - be diligent.

Do a dispute through PayPal or your bank. That's your best bet.

Try asking them on their fb page through messenger but to be honest I'd be very surprised if they give you a cash refund

Have you checked back on the site? If not, go back to the ticket and it might have gone through. That's what happened to me. When I went back to check the status of my ticket, I realized I had the option to transfer the refund back into my credit card acct. Or use it with Dressily. On the other hand, if you paid with Paypal, you should notify them. I hope this is helpful.

Please just run far, far away from DressLily. They should change their name to DRAMALILY because that's all you are going to get from them... DRAMA
I ordered two shirts in September and didn't get nothing but a runaround until December. Way too cold for short sleeve thin shirts in December. Finally got my money back. Never again.

Try their Facebook page. Message them there with your ticket number. That's what I did to finally make them pay attention.

The best way to get their attention is to file a claim with your credit card company or PayPal, however you paid. That's the only way to get your refund from these jerks and also these... RoseGal, RoseWe, RomWe, Jolly Chic, Rotita, DressLily, Fashion Mia, Walk Trendy, Sammy Dress, Nasty Dress, DressWe, Zaful, CupShe, JustFab, Shein, She Insider, Eric Dress and more. It's a really long list.

Be thankful you got something. We have still not received anything at all after 3 months. They are a horrible company or scam. Take your goods and sell them on eBay or give them away. I would not have any hope they will respond to you and certainly not promptly.

Unfortunately they aren't going to give you any type of satisfying resolution to any issues with their products. I had 2 orders in May in September I received half of my order the items were not what I ordered but because it took to long for me to get those items after placing several tickets I sucked it up as a lost. We are now in December and to date I have not received my second order. I have written letters to the better business bureau and am currently having them investigated. It wasn't a lot of money but it was my money and they took it therefore they will be held accountable one way or another. Take it as a lost and write complaints!

All you have to do is read the responses to know that is the norm with this company. Don't count on getting a return. Dispute through PayPal and see what happens. You might as well burned your money though.

It would be nice if when I clicked on your links below, it would take me directly to the question, but it does not. It's hard to sort through all the reviews looking for one question.

My best suggestion is forget about the return process. I had to go to the bank and press fraud charges against the company. You will have better luck getting reimbursed than trying to contact the company. I received numerous emails from them with a fake tracking number. I never got a resolve through the company, only when I went to the bank did I resolve and get my money back. Best of luck

SCAMMERS! Sorry to say this, but do not expect resolution. This company is pure crap. I have been trying to return defective and poorly made items, and have received nothing but the "run around". I am pursuing them through my credit card company, and hope to receive a credit soon. My suggestion is to do the same - contact your credit card company immediately. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I will continue to notify everyone I know not to be fooled by their trendy marketing scams, like I was.

The best thing is to post as many negative comments both here and Facebook as you can. The more you post, the quicker they seem to be. It took me 4 months but I finally got a refund.

I'm in the same boat. This is a loss and I'm not sure if complaining to the BBB will do anything since the company is off shore. I will let Karma take its course, what's coming to them is coming. I promise you that...

As a learning experience, DressLily.com, Wish.com, Geeks, Gadget.com in my eyes are all the same company. So if you see any of these companies on facebook or Instagram advertising to download their app, DON'T! It all comes from the same manufacturer out in China.

My first order was canceled and they refunded my PayPal it took a while for PayPal to credit my account. Then I ordered again on a credit card and I received both my items separately about 10 days later. I too think this company is a scam like the Rose gal which is what I think they used operate under. Sweaters in xl are super tight and I gave them to good will. Lesson learned. Never again but luckily I did receive both my items rolled up in a little clear bag and a white shipping bag from China
