I ordered from dresslily.com 10 days ago and payed express shipping for the package to arrive before the 15th (it said it would take up to 8 days). I called the carrier today, to see where my package was, and it turns out Dresslily.com tagged my order as shipped but never actually shipped the package. I am really pissed off, I thought I could trust the website even after i read all the bad comments about it, but they've disappointed me, and now I paid extra for something that won't arrive on time. I tried sending messages through Dresslily.com but they haven't been answered yet. What can I do?

The best way to get their attention is to file a claim with your credit card company or PayPal, however you paid. That's the only way to get your refund from these jerks and also these... RoseGal, RoseWe, RomWe, Jolly Chic, Rotita, DressLily, Fashion Mia, Walk Trendy, Sammy Dress, Nasty Dress, DressWe, Zaful, CupShe, JustFab, Shein, She Insider, Eric Dress and more. It's a really long list.
