I AGREE! They are AWFUL! Save your money and go to your local mall. This is oversease (China) and you will never get it!

I feel bad for you. The second you pressed "Confirm & Purchase" on your order from them was the beginning of the biggest headache of a journey you will embark on in the online shopping world. They're so awful. Good luck to you.
