Yeah I am still waiting for my order…I placed my order last November! Dresslily says they can't give me a refund because I need to send the product back in order to do that…. Big waste of time and money and I hope someone shuts them down!

Good luck... I got my order # the next day. Couldn't track my order at all after that. And it took 2 months to get it. And it wasn't at all what I pay for or what the pic look like on the website. I honestly feel that dresslily is a scam and a rip off... I wonder how can we get the company shut down or at less not able to sell their cheap material in the U.S.A... But I found out that they company has different names on the diffent website but the same scamming business

Hi vicki. I have order a few items from dress lily. Some came quite quickly, while others took over a month. But I did get them. Size wise. They fit really small. One shirt I got size large for myself, and my 15 yr old who is a size 5, couldn't fit into it. I would never buy from them again. Hope this helps some wha.

That site is a scam. My order never came in after 3 months and I never received a refund.

I placed an order in January and did not receive it until April. I never received the second shipment. The shirt was way too small and I ordered a size bigger because of reviews. I never got my money back. Good luck.

It took over two months for me to get my order. The dress was such poor quality it was laughable. Never again.

I'm sorry to say, you most likely will not receive your order & you definitely won't get a refund. They got me for almost a $100.

Good luck, it should only take a week to process and ship. After it ships you should give it about 6 weeks to arrive at your mailbox. It will be delivered usps. They will email you a pic of your item with your name lable showing when it ships. Again good luck getting it, hope it fits, probably wont. Dont try returning thr item if it do. T fit, it will cost you more to ship it back than what you paid for it.

Don't hold your breath. I doubt you will receive it and it very likely not fit if it does arrive. You will be ignored and no one will help because there are so many of these fake sites and hard to track down. Sorry. Took me 2 sites before I got it! Good luck, I hope you are one of the winners

I placed my order in March and never received. What a scam. Luckily, I paid through PayPal and after much deliberation with DressLily (useless), I received a refund through PayPal. DressLily will tell you to wait, wait, wait and MAYBE offer a partial refund or credit. DressLily and its affiliates are complete BS!

Sorry but the size won't like to be the right fit. That merchandise is extremely small. I ordered medium and probably means a size 0 for them. I wish I could read reviews before I ordered with them. Learned my lesson. I spent $50 and I got $20 refund because PayPal mediated it. Still was a waste of money and time.

If you get it soon and it is what you ordered you will be very lucky. I ordered a dress and paid 2 day shipping and got a swimming suit. I placed the 2 day order because I had been waiting for a previous order for over a month and the event that I wanted it for was quickly approaching. It was stupid of me to place the second order, but I was told that the first was delayed because it was being shipped from overseas. I finally got the first order about 2 months after it was originally supposed to arrive. It was a dress that looked something like I had ordered but it fit my 5 year old niece.

Hmm my best recommendation is to usually keep a close eye on the shipping info. If they haven't shipped it yet, then yes you need to contact them and demand a full refund, as it should have been sent by now. The shipment usually takes over a month but to process it it doesn't. I usually have fairly good luck with products, but it's because I've learned what I can and can't buy through each of these sites. You certainly can't buy one size fits all, unless you're a size zero. All other sizes are still sized very small. The jewelry and accesories are very fun to purchase as well. I'm sorry that you are having such a bad experience with all of this, hope that you're able to make it work.

I've ordered from them 5 times now and they have always delivered as promised. If you don't pay for expedited shipping then it can take 4-6 weeks for your stuff to arrive snail mail. The dimensions are listed on the website and they are asian sizes (e.g. An American Medium is equivalent to an Asian XL, so just make sure you measure correctly for your body type). Hope that helps... I've been happy with all of my orders, but obviously some other people on here have not had the same service.
