I received a sweater in November after waiting months. The sweater came ripped and I have tried to communicate to you through email by sending you photos etc. I have never heard back and I keep getting a ticket number from a generated response. I am very upset that I paid $18.99 for a sweater that cannot be repaired. What else can I do other than email and phone? Is there a US phone number?
