For accuracy... order 3 of the size 3X... And sew them together.
That should about about the realistic size. Then again, if you order 3, you may only receive one if any at all.

Not good. Ordered a medium and it may fit a baby doll. Don't bother ordering took 2 months to get it. Was stained smelled horrible and didn't even fit. Save your money

Im sorry i didnt buy any clothes from dresslily, was going to buy some i liked; but when my order finally got here, it took almost 2 months, my order was ok, not like the picture of it, i will not buy anything again from them

They are not true to the size, everything is smaller than they say. And it takes forever to get the product. Why do people keep buying from them when the service is the pits... close this company down.

I have no idea. Haven't received my order that I paid for on July 15th.
My suggestion is don't buy from this company they don't care if you get your item as long as they get your money. I have been in contact with them many times now and they keep saying they will re send my item but then I never get any more contact from them til I complain again and they tell me the same thing. I could go on and on but the bottom line is I did not get my item and they don't care.

I am still yet to receive my order so unfortunately I cannot answer this one, but from what I've heard from friends, it's a hit and miss.

The sizing is so incorrect. My husband ordered Xl shirts which should measure chest size up to 40". I measured the chest size of the shirt and it measured 15" across which is at best 30", some 10 inches short. To say the least, the shirts did not fit him. I had similar problems with all the dresses I ordered. At best I can say that if you order 3x size, they will probably measure just XL or L. Please do not waste your money. Their website is very appealing but their products are not. I sm currently in the process of trying to get my money back, also unsuccessful so far.

They are scammers! All sizes are Chinese... I'm a 12 and they sold me a large that wouldn't fit a 8 year old

I wish I could be of some help but, I ordered two dresses on August 8 and after several emails to them and several excuses from them, I am yet to receive either of my items. My account was debited the next day of $35.00 but still have not received either item. Please look elsewhere unless you have money to give away and patience to endur on thieves.

I'm sorry I wouldn't know how true they are to there sizes because I never received my 4 items of clothing I ordered. I tried over and over to email, call and live chat. NOTHING!. I never got my money back and never heard from Dresslily. I to even cancel my credit card. If I where you I wouldn't order from dresslily website. Looks are deceiving. They will take your money and you can never get in touch with them. STOP, RUN, DONT DO IT!. I hope I helped you save your money and a headache?!

They run small... When I ordered my things, I was a medium. The jacket I got was tight around the arms but I could still wear it. However, I have since gained a little weight and I passed the jacket down to my daughter who is just starting adolescence and it fits her perfectly; she's wearing women size small. I don't know how the bigger sizes are but that's pretty realistic to my experience.

Forget about whether or not it will fit. Wad up your money & throw it off a bridge. You'll never get what you order. I've been waiting since June. Nothing.

The sizes are of the chart... XL is more like XS and nothing really fits the way it should if you're able to get in it... Waste of money...

I am a slim 153lbs and 5'7". Because these items are made in China, they are quite small. They do recommend you order larger than your U.S. size. I ordered and XL which I would never do anywhere else but the dress came and I could barely zip it. It was way too tight across the chest and very tight in the arm holes. I tried for 2 months to get an answer from customer service regarding the return to no avail. I wound up giving the dress away to a smaller petite person. Communicating with Dress Lily is very frustrating, I will never shop there again. Good luck if you do...

I wear a 10-12 and the XL jacket was tight and the inner liner would not go on. The return policy is awful. I am stuck with a jacket that doesn't fit and will have to give it away. My best guess, the sizes are based on European or Asian.

I'm afraid that I can't about how the sizing works because I am another customer who hasn't received her order! This company is not worth investing your time in ordering from -- many negative reviews about not receiving product. They ship from CHINA, which they don't tell you upfront, and when you ask where your product is, they tell you it was shipped "slow-boat-from CHINA" and to allow 4-6 weeks. Well, 6 weeks later, nothing. I note others on here ordered way before that and nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy anything from dresslily. The items, WHEN people actually get them, are poor quality and sized very small. I am still waiting to receive a blouse I ordered two months ago.

If you are a small Asian girl, you may luck out and it may fit. I ordered a large and I wear a 4-6 US. It barely fit but it wasn't even the dress I ordered and the stiching looked like it was done by a blind women. It was so bad, it couldn't even be fixed... don't waste your money... you won't get a refund. They are ripoff artists. For people like Sandy G., who say they have had no issues, they are either a plant, or a statistical outlier. After all, even a broken clock is right twice a day! Order from a reliable online company, and you will save yourself some money and a high headache.

Run, run, run, a 3x might fit a 3 year old. These people are scam artists, and you can read a newpaper through all the clothes as they are made that thin and cheap...

Sizes are all wrong... I don't know but maybe it's munshkins that make the clothes in slow motion, complete waste of time, save your and shop somewhere else.

I ordered in August but did not recieve the order. They eventually refunded the money and asked me to put a positive comment! They said they woukld send me a gift? They couldnt get the original order to me so what are the chances of me recieving a gift? I have no idea what their sizing is like as I have not recieved the item but I suspect it is very small.

The sizing is a big problem, I ordered XL i normally wear M or L and they were still too small, the customer service is appauling they promise the world and deliver nothing. DO NOT purchase from this lot, they give internet retailers a very bad name. Scam comes to mind

Way smaller. I ordered a xl and my daughter who is a size 0 could not get into the 3 blouses i ordered. You most likely will never receive your items. Save your money,... its a scam

Everything is too small for mens sizes. Its all clothes shipped from China. So goodluck getting the right size, because they make you pay to ship back to them and then to ship back to you if you get another size, because they only do exchanges, no money back.

It does not really matter as you probably will never see the dress anyway but have just made a donation to their coffers. I never received the balance of my order and was told they could not refund as long as I had a complaint with PayPal. Only if I cancelled this could I receive my refund! Never got it. Just got half my order. Mostly scarves. In the wrong colours.

Their sizes run super small. This company is located overseas, so their sizes are not US sizing...

It can be tricky to get the right fit. I always look at their size charts at bottom of description. If it has US sizing I go off bust and then width. I too wear a larger size so if the bust is less then 38 I won't get it. They have many more items in smaller sizes or yes as some have unfortunately discovered the hard way, Asian sizing which is actually extremely small even in an XL. So yes that unfortunately has stopped me from being able to get a few tops I really loved but I have purchased a few that I still wear today and fit just fine. Hope that helps.

It disappoints me on some of the answers here however, the way I do is measure my bust size. I don't go by what I wear in the US. I wear a larger size than what I buy here. I figured I would wear anything that is 40 inches or at least 100 cm. I wish I could show you some of the items I've purchased. I have been very happy with them.
