China, but they ship from many various countries. For what it's worth, we never got our order.

They aren't U.S. based (I think hong kong but I'm not sure). They use China Post for shipping orders. The free shipping takes 10-25 business days. I've never received an order late despite the distance. I've read reviews saying that orders took longer than estimated through no fault of Dresslily, it was the US Customs holding them longer than needed.

No, it's out of Hong Kong, so take that into consideration when waiting for shipping. It's free shipping so they do mass shipping and it could take up to 2 months to receive it. But the option to express it, you pay more but you're guaranteed to receive it faster. I know a few people on this panel have bad things to say about the company and about me because I'm a strong advocate for the company but I've only had a few issues with them that were handled immediately and compensated with discounts off my next purchase. I shop smart and READ REVIEWS! Sizes run small, their models are Asian so take that into consideration when judging size. Quality, use your judgement. Don't expect to pay $9 for a designer dress and complain when it doesn't look like it's from a top designer, shop smart. My entire wardrobe, shoes, clothes and accessories are from them. Also, a lot of these people complain, use your judgement regarding that, also. If you own a company and people write to you and disrespect and degrade you, those are the LAST people you're going to look after and make sure their satisfied. If you approach them with respect, they return it. Yes, it may take awhile to receive your order, I had to wait 11 weeks one time, but I got it, free shipping, take the good with the bad. And the way some of these people speak to them, it's no wonder their orders get "messed up!" I'm just saying...
