on 11/21/15I got my products and they were horrible. Since their advertisement was on Facebook I thought it was ok to order from them. FB needs to do a better job with who they allow to advertise on their site. Finally got a response. They offered me partial refund and let me keep the product. I said no I want full refund where do I send the product?... CHINA! I had no idea. Keeping crappy shirts and giving to goodwill and screwed out of any refund! Lesson learned! Will never order from any company advertised on FB and will be more diligent checking out unfamiliar companies. The one thing that bothers me is that these people have my credit card info... I think. I paid thru PayPal.
I think it's some Chinese ladies doing it out of the garage, mine were missing tags, sizes to fit a young girl, and never got my money back,.
I ordered in September, never received my order. I sent numerous angry emails to them, told them I will go on every site & give bad reviews. They finally responded, but it's a waste of time. I had my bank file a dispute, my bank refunded me my money plus the international charges. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I never received part of my order back in September. They continued to say they would send a refund, never did, then indicated they sent the product, again never did. This is definitely a company to stay clear of.
This company as well as others with different names sales poorly and sometimes well-made clothing. The first Item I purchased was well-made but took 2 1/2 months to be delivered. Then I ordered two other items and they were poorly made and took more than three months for delivery. Then when they get here they were Poorly made in the wrong size and now I will not order any more products from them. I hope you have better luck than her But I suggest not to order from them or other companies as this one.
Hard to say. I received a few of the items I ordered. Yes, I was taken in by the website. The packaging was horrible with return address in New Jersey and New York although their tracking,,, probably fraudulent as well. Originated the products from China. I, too, have tried contacting them, been promised refunds. Products are like girl sizes, not women, Do not order from this site. The two items I received that were okay were not worth the aggravation. I'm going back to BOYCOTTING ALL ITEMS FROM CHINA WHENEVER POSSIBLE!
I think they are real but I don't know how they stay in business. I ended up getting a response after multiple days and multiple pre recorded emails but they are still not sending me my product. I think they are stealing from people and should not be in business. Unfortunately they are based in China and I am not sure what we can do
So far I still have not received my two tops and the tracking number is invalid. I ordered them 20 days ago. Nothing. I wish I had read the reviews for this site before I ordered. Try Genealogy for clothing. I ordered a really cute top and it arrived in less than a week and is here in America. Also, check out Shine by JRenee on Facebook. They have awesome clothing, too! I have a LOT of things from there. And she is from North Carolina. The lady who runs it is my sister-in-law so I trust her products! Good luck!
The company is real. I believe it's run out of China so correspondence is difficult. I posted negative feedback and a negative post here on sitejabber and received a response within 24 hours. They apologized and offered a partial refund. The item cost $15.00 and they refunded $10.00 to my paypal account. I didn't expect a refund so something was better than nothing. Now I know, if it looks too good to be true (low price) it usually is. Buyer beware.
SCAMMERS. I have contacted my credit card company to issue a dispute of charges. I will also be contacting the BBB and Attorney General's office. Their advertisements for quality goods are false and misleading, and they offer no to little assistance when an issue arises regarding requesting a refund. NEVER again.
Yes. This operation is the lowest of the low. Think-chinese, amateur market in some remote tourist town where someone inaccurately copies clothing and creates patterns without proper measuring technique or pattern drafting ability. Add to that the nastiest discount bin fabrics- and you have the quality and standards of Dresslily. If it was American it would be sued beyond recognition.
Nope. Not for real as far as im concerned! Order was placed in aug! And i have yet to fet my only $5 refund for havi g to wait so long and atill have yet to recieve my item. Taking it as a loss and moving on. I cant get in contact woth anyone and it drives me nuts
After numerous emails to this company I finally received a reply stating they were going to send me a full refund in three business days. They said they were going to put it in my "wallet". I advise them I want a full refund on my credit card. Hopefully by Wednesday of next week my money should be refunded to my credit card. Of course they want me to take off the bed review with her put on site jabber. When I get my money I'll think about it. It appears in when I put my review on site jabber the review was sent directly to them also so they start moving on my "refund" faster. I will send you a Nother response to this email on Wednesday if I do or find not received my refund.

Purchasing from the rogues taught me a couple of things, 1. Check reviews before purchasing, 2. Check the refund policy, 3. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING DRESLILLY, they give internet retails a bad name A COPLETE RIP OFF

I sent them messages through their Facebook page and they respond. But either way I hope you paid through PayPal if so file a dispute.
I am in the exact same situation with them! Really crappy merchandise and still haven't gotten 2 of the items on my order it's been more than 2 months. No way to teach them apparently. I put review comments out there anywhere I can to warn people. But unfortunately we got ripped off!
I dont know how to respond to this question on sitejabber. I had no problems with DressLily, really sucks for the people that are having major problems, the site does say if you ordered near the holidays its going to take longer than expected
It will cost you more to return the clothes and you don't get all your money back they will send you a sizing chat that makes no sense because there clothes are all messed up size wise anyway I ordered my stuff over 4 months ago not one thing fit right all ordered large women's large that is and I've gotten clothes that are child sizes to ex small women sizes and still waiting to get the rest of my order this company is nothing but a pack of fraudsters and lies
I ordered through PayPal where they act on your behalf with sellers like these. I got my order and was basically satisfied with the products I received. However, when you buy cheap, you have to expect a compromise in quality.
Well this company is scam don't order here I order worth $40 product a year ago and I never got it they told me in order for me to get my product I have to pay there shipping for $20 I'm like F off they very they keep telling my product is stuck on Canada post so it been over 45 day which they know you can't claim on PayPal
It took several attempts to get a response from this Chinese company. They give auto responses and then offer a coupon towards a next purchase. I turned them in to BBB, but they are in China and will not give costumer service or refunds, chalk it up to a loss. Maybe warn anyone on Facebook when you see the page pop up. They also will change their name...
The problem with this company is both service and quality of material. The cheap prices yield a cheap experience. Best to stick with quality proven companies. I support our hard working competitive business here in the good ole US even if it costs a little more.
I can't get anyone to respond either. I didnt even get my cardigan. Dont buy from the chinese I guess. Lesson learned.
Wish I would of read the reviews before ordering. I'm really worried now about not receiving it or it not fitting or looking like crap. Next time I will read reviews before ordering from anywhere. It's only been three weeks since they said it was shipped so still waiting. Here's hoping.
They said they'd refund my money but I haven't heard from them in over a week now. I'm telling everyone I know not to order through them. Horrible service!

I filed a dispute and claim through PayPal, and finally they got a response and my money was refunded. I would suggest the same. This company (and its sister companies advertising the same junk) should be closed down.
I ordered a denim jacket with a gorgeous fake fur collar - or so it appeared in the photos. It arrived pretty fast - no delay - but the quality was so terrible that I wrote asking about sending it back and getting my money back.
They offered to give me only a fraction of my money back and I could keep the jacket. To avoid further hassle, I accepted the offer, and a partial refund showed up in my credit card account. I'll never buy from them again.
The jacket was supposed to have a beautiful, thick and fluffy fake fur collar - which was the only reason I bought it - but the real thing had a thin, flat, cheap-looking collar. Plus, the buttonholes down the front of the jacket had not been cut open. Also, it had a slight unpleasant odor, probably from cheap dye.
After my business with the company was done, they wrote back to me begging me to remove my review from Sitejabber. No can do.
I'm amazed that they're still in business.
I learned from this experience that, if it's not a company I already know, I must always look at a company's customer reviews before buying from them the first time.
That is the exact same experience I had. The one item I did receive (even though I ordered two sizes up) was still too small for me to wear. I wound up giving it away because no one from Dress Lily would respond after two weeks of attempting to get an exchange or return. It's too bad purchasers can't be alerted before they by from Dress Lily. I didn't hear of SiteJabber until after my horrendous experience when I went to write a review. If people would read these comments it would save them a lot of grief.
You are lucky you got anything. I ordered last year and never got a thing. This is the worst company in the world.
While my own personal experience with them was not too horrific, I'd say that my experience was the exception and not the norm. I waited longer than was quoted for my item, it was of poor quality (yet wearable), and for those reasons I would never trust this business or its merchandise

I think their a scam I didn't receive my orders and was then told three months later they would refund the money to wallet which is like a coupon for their company I couldnt use my 'wallet' as wenever I tried I was directed straight to PayPal to pay for the items again! They Hav sent me numerous emails saying I Hav pending order and need to pay for the items!
The products I ordered were in very good shape and quality. Didn't have the chance to need the customer support, so I really don't know what to say.
