It has been well beyond the time frame given for the order to arrive. My emails to Customer service have been ignored. I have never received the order I placed. I have requested a refund and will take it to my credit card company if necessary. Has anyone received their money back from this company without having to go beyond the company to get it back?

You could contact them on Facebook. They always reply to me there.

What happened with me was when I had ordered it went to my P. O. box while I thought it would be delivered to my doorstep. I had to personally go and collect it from the post office when they reshipped it to me.
