Because the pictures on the site, is not what's being sold to the customers, that's how they get you. I order a wig, the picture was beautiful but not sure what they mailed me, it was horrible and not even close to the picture. I'm letting all my friends no do not order from them. It's all a money making SCAM. Keep your money in your pockets. Joan R.
