on 4/4/15Did you choose flat rate shipping? It can take more than a month to get the package! (5-15 working days to ship your package, and another 20-25 working days to get it.). If you still wont get it, ask about the customs at your country, I had that problem once (I had to pay an extra fee, because fck me apparently. Thanks motherland.). If you still can't find it, ask the site support for help, they will provide you extra information, even if you dodn't pay for tracking number :)
I ordered in OCtober 2014. Never received my order was promised a refund and never received that either. They are crap and dishonest.
All of my orders have arrived between 3-6 weeks. If weather is bad sometimes the shipping time is affected. I've never had a bad experience with this company.
It WILL come. The item may be disappointing when it arrives, but it will arrive. Don't hold your breath, because it takes months and don't order anything for the current season. Order winter items now-and they will arrive just in time. If you want a swimsuit, order it in October.
I am really surprised that people still order from this site. I started a negative campaign well over 8 month ago because the same thing happened to me & I didn't want anyone else to get caught out. I also see that even on this site this company still has 3 stars? How is that even possible? Site jabber please help us out & get your stars to reflect how bad this business really is. They are beyond terrible. They take your money then send you some item that looks like it was made by a 5 year old that would only fit a 5 year old. Absolutely disgraceful business
I ordered beginning of March for 5 items. I received 3 items 3 weeks later, one item is too small even though says the size I ordered. There is no way this item is what I ordered. I have been waiting for other two items, still a no show. I will never order from them again, and if I were everyone stay away from all the same outlets like Sammydress, etc.
I will NEVER do business with this company again! I agree with Robert K. I also told DressLily I was spreading the word not to order from them. Also, that may be the way they do business in their country, but it is NOT the way we do business in the U.S.
I live in MI but bought a women's jacket from DressLily for my sister in FL. It took over 3 months of trying to communicate with the company as to status, updates and so on. I couldn't cancel the order because they don't offer that as an option. They kept saying that I should go to the post office in FL to check if it got there and if the address was correct or not. (as if I didn't know the address of the house I grew up in). After trying to calmly reason with them, I bluntly informed DressLily that I was starting a negative share campaign on face book to warn ALL women who see it not to order anything from them. So, I did. They finally contacted me from China and said they'd re-send the jacket. After THREE MONTHS, it finally arrived where it was supposed to. My sister thanked me, but the jacket itself was of very poor quality. I wouldn't dress my dog in it, let alone my sister. My advice is begin a negative share campaign of your own to pressure these bozos to either refund your money, or expedite your purchase order. In the future, I'd stay as far away from DressLily as far as, well, as far as they ship your package. Good luck. An old saying Gucci made years ago: "The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price has faded from memory." I believe this quote applies here.
If i was you i would dispute it with your credit card it took 3 months for me to recieve my item but by then I had alredy disputed the item you only have so much time to dispute an item on your credit card better sooner then later
I placed my order in August 2014 and got in November 2014 (almost 3 months). The quality is horrible. I could not return my items and just donated them. Never again.
It does take a while to get your order, It is coming from another country, so this is no 10 day turn around, I am sure they are shipping it as cheaply as possible, also they come individually, I have received everything but it took some time. I ordered about 156.00 in January, and I got the last item in April..
That is why they say: you get what you pay for :( It is better to go to the shop and see what you are purchasing or deal with companies which are known and established and offer free refunds. Otherwise you lose time and money while trying to save a few quid. I decided not to deal with any Chinese companies at all as a result of my experience. I will rather buy for more but with guarantee that I can return what I don't like and receive no fuss refund. We really need somebody to regulate overseas trading so those dishonest companies are out of business once for all.
I placed my order on 12/14/14. Never received my item. Thankfully I had used PayPal so I got my money back. They say they contacted me regarding refunds etc but that was only AFTER I went through PayPal to get my money back.
Did you get tracking? It costs $2 extra but it's very useful - my package was delivered on the day the tracking said it would arrive.
It took over 2 months before I received my first order from this company, when I contacted them they send another and it arrived within 2 weeks, I wanted to send them both back and it cost more to return than getting a refund,
