I don't think if its possible to contact them. You can still find GOD but dresslily customer service. Lol. Anyways The best is to put a review and they will get back to you via emails which is only one way, everytime you email them this message will occur "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently". So just forget it..

There is no number you just have to keep messaging them on fb or posting on fb of constantly file tickets on there website it's a huge pain.

You won't find a number. A couple bad posts on SiteJabber, numerous "tickets" on Dress Lily, and relentless hounding led way to a refund on missing merchandise. It's not easy, but it is possible. Good luck.

The best way to get their attention is to file a claim with your credit card company or PayPal, however you paid. That's the only way to get your refund from these jerks and also these... RoseGal, RoseWe, RomWe, Jolly Chic, Rotita, DressLily, Fashion Mia, Walk Trendy, Sammy Dress, Nasty Dress, DressWe, Zaful, CupShe, JustFab, Shein, She Insider, Eric Dress and more. It's a really long list.

Good question... I still don't know. I've been trying to get my money back on an item I purchased that was a knock off of the picture advertised. Despite one email after I posted my complaint on this site I got one email response, but then no answer to my response. If you find the number please let me know. This company is a FRAUD.

SCAMMERS! I'm currently working with my credit card company to dispute a charge for merchandise I received which was damaged and defective. I printed out all of my email correspondence with Dresslily as well as customer reviews from this site to support my dispute. I will not stop until the $91.00 I was charged is refunded. Keep hounding them, and keep leaving bad reviews. It's the only way to get their attention.

There is not one unfortunately. You have to open a ticket... more than a few of them to get their attention. Good luck in still waiting on my two dresses I ordered in August. I have given up.

They make it impossible to get customer service... You have to go through their online system, and even then they are incredibly unhelpful. I ordered a shirt and August and it took 6 months and 5 different conversations, and then they deleted all my conversations so I had no proof that I had an issue for so long. They are a terrible company.

I have the number but it's in CHINA. A call to them would cost more than any merchandise you have bought. I have the unique problem that I GOT my merchandise, hated it and want to return it but they will not give me a return address. Now the time limit of 30 days is up so I'm stuck with it and out of $66.00.

Basically, you don't. I stumbled upon this site and noticed that a lot of the bad reviews had pretty immediate responses from Dresslily. I posted my review in hopes that it would catch their attention and I could actually get a response. It worked! Still waiting AGAIN regarding my refund, but it's a little progress. My suggestion is to post your review amd hope the contact you. Good luck!

There isn't one. You also won't get a response by emailing them directly from their page. Leave a negative review here and they may show up. That's how I got a partial refund from the piece of crap I got from them.

They are a scam, they take you money and if they send anything it is of very poor quality, keep filing tickets, apply for a refund via your bank or credit card issuer. Dresslily's lack of customer service is only surpassed by the poor quality goods. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY google company reviews before making any internet purchases.

Good luck with that. Customer service here is one of the poorest you will be dealing with. There is no phone number provided, you have to e-mail. More than likely you will wait a long time for a response, if you do get one it probably will not address your issue.

See your credit card billing information. There may be a number shown. However, they may not answer. Good luck. I will NEVER order from them again.

Best way to get in contact with them, leave lots of bad reviews here, then they'll contact you, with a generic response, "so sorry, we are working to solve this, please give me your ticket/order number ". I finally filed a dispute with my bank for fraud. Got my money back! Good luck!

I was unable to find a contact number or email. I don't believe one even exist. I finally had to go to my bank after waiting months and received no product in the mail. I had to press fraud charges against this company to get refunded. Please do not order from this company it is a scam. Also let others know this company is a complete SCAM.

Go to their Web page and look up contact information... but don't expect an answer... they said I had a refund coming... never saw it... only got 1 of the 2 shirts I ordered and it was crap...

Unfortunately they won't post it. The company is out of China and they don't ship most of what people order from them. They only sent me one item out of 7... They can stay operational because they are selling outside of our country.

I have a debit to my checking account for almost 2 months. For the life of me I cant remember what I ordered, or if I ordered anything at all. Problem is, the debit is to my checking acct. Now I'm concerned. Should I close my checking acct or how can I block them from every debiting my acct again. Those people in China, you just cant trust. Also, be careful when you make purchase and any store owned by China people. Someone in China made a computer purchase for approx $1,000 and was debited to my checking on black Friday. I didnt go shopping that weekend. Purchase was done through Amazon. Contacted Amazon. I got refunded and became their problem. Hope they caught the person since the computer was ordered and had a delivery address.

Why you say I received my package, when in fact I never received it? Then you got a customer service number that doesn't work. Also I've read some of the customer's reviews and I have to say it seems as if their statements are true. I really don't want to take legal action against you, if need be I sure as hell will do so

I just had to send them a private message on Facebook that's the only way I could get a response from them. I did send a message on their website and received it probably about 3-4 weeks after I sent the message on FB. Good luck!

There should be a contact us or customer service tab at bottom of websitr. No phone call listed because it is in China. The only way is that tab and make sure you have your order number. Good luck getting your stuff, if it even its. Made in Asia and sizes run very small to U.S. sizes

But also I purchased Nov 22, and received packages by Dec 8-12. And I'm in Canada, so I suppose I lucked out.
