If you got money to waste and really want them to take your money then order from DressLily in China and please allow up to forever to not get your item.
I had order a $9 item over 3 months ago and they told me that they were waiting to see that is was lost in shipment. Well? Guess what?... it never left China.

If u go to there Facebook i posted the dress... it's like wearing a tissue paper dress u can see right through it and there's to tiny boob pads (bc that helps) took months to get it and the stitches don't match the top and bottom are diffrent mayerial.

I believe it is china although I didn't know that when I ordered. They said 10-25 days delivery but its been 31 now and despite two bland emails telling me to wait I have no idea what or when I get my order.
They don't appear to have any real customer service although they add "insurance" to your order I don't think it means anything.
I am very disappointed by the whole experience! I didn't expect high end just cheap and cheerful. So far I have nothing and no apology.

Dont waste your time and money. I jad to threaten them several. Times after 3 months of getting no merchandise, and when i did poor quality and had holes in it.

If you want to call it a. Company... it is located in china. Dresslily does not make clothing to fit the American people. I don't know why everyone keeps wanting to order from this place. THE CLOTHES WILL NOT FIT. I don't care how nice the clothing looks, it will never fit. Please, we work hard for our money and we can't keep affording to send it to China for something that, from most of us who ordered, keep saying ou will be lucky if you receive the merchandise let alone be able to fit into it. Please... stay away from any company from China. Read the reviews before yoi purchase from any company, on the U.S.or anywhere

My advise is don't waist ur time looking at there things or let alone pay for them I paid $73 for 4 items & no items yet more than 3 months, also when I send emails to there email address they bounce back saying it's not a valid email. Not happy with the way they run there SCAM! Can even get my money back. They also run under other names as well so be weary!

My only recommendation about this company is DO NOT order from them. Sizing wrong, shipping takes ages, fabrics inferior and tailoring is not existent.

Paid $45.00 for three items on August 14th and still have not received any thing and all I got was some lame email telling me that I have to wait until October 10th before I can request a refund. Would have been a better investment for me to shred that 45 dollars and smoke it.

The quality is worse than poor, the customer service in horrific, the sizing is even worse, mens extra large was extra small, the colors were not as advertised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, There are far more reputable on the net, But check the fine print especially the refund policy. #RIPOFF

So, there are definitely some fake positive reviews, like Tackonia's review. She seems to have the exact same language barrier that Dresslily customer service has. Beware.

You get what you pay for. Take the shipping time they tell you and triple it for how long it'll actually take. I DID receive what I ordered, the shoes fit, but I've had to super glue the heels a few times. I also ordered the newspaper-look bag. It was smaller than appeared in the ad but has actually proved to be quite sturdy for the near daily use it gets. It's cheap quality for the most part, that's why you get a cheap price. I wouldn't order anything you have a deadline on. And from the sounds the sizes are impossible to guess at.

China. Even customer service reps who might eventually respond to your e mail with obvious language barriers.

I've bought some watches, for presents, quality, for the value, is exceptional. Arrived on time. Had no problems. Don't know much about the rest of the stock.

I ordered black dress, quality is good, but it was too long, anyway it was easy to fix length of dress and sleeves :)) now it looks amazing! So, my advice if you are going to buy smth, order 1 size bigger, so it will be easier to fix it :) I can't blame them for size, in each shop I go I have to try 2-3 sizes, sometimes it's size 6 sometimes its 12! Best of luck :)

China. I ordered clothes (very good quality at that price), earrings and brooches. I'm very satisfied. Please read carefully the sizing chart and don't hesitate to measure every inch of your body. This way, you won't be upset about the size you order. In my opinion, Dresslily is a MUCH better choice than Allyexpress.

I ordered 2 tops- both are made of very cheap fabric- one of them: I can get it on, but I can't move in it because it's so tight (and I read their sizing chart very carefully before ordering), and the other: I can wear it, but it's proportioned in a very odd way, and I have limited range of arm movement. This one also had stains on it when I took it out of the package, and strings hanging all over from the seams since it's made so poorly. I also ordered some jewelry. One pair of earrings broke during my first time wearing them, and same with a bracelet. The others I don't ever wear because even looking at the things I ordered from them gives me nightmares from what a scam of a company this is. (These took about a half a year to get to me too)

I ordered over a year ago and got no response and no items. They are a big SCAM!

It really depends what u get. Mine came from china and i orderd 4 things and i live all the shirts i got. The quality is awsome. All my shirts are nice and soft and very comfy. I couldnt wait to where them.
